Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Alester looked at the young girl as events took on a life of their own; she had been given a chance and had refused it. His eyes shadowed dark storm black over the turquoise. He had no pity for one who could not see when to make oneself scarce. If she was so determined to stay she had best to not be bleeding all over the place. He knew the look of Ne'Os' hunger and felt his own blood quicken at the scent.

He moved closer and looked at the wolfling, then to the girl and flung a scathing look at her This is no place for blood, child. Know you not what manner of creature you see before you? Wolves, vampires, and the errant rogue with his own taste for crimson necter... I hope you will accept my healing charm-- if you are determined to remain it may well save you, he pulled out the queen of wands and said a healing charm in her general direction. His voice was thick with desire and uncertainty of his own control. Not a vampire but not above drinking blood, he really was an anomoly.

He would not force her removal, but her life would not be on his hands either. He returned the card to his deck and resumed a stance further from the two girls, closer to his origional position on the battle field.

aurora let the healing charm hit her and she watched the wound heal. She wished that the healing charm was strong enough to heal her leg but unfortunatly it wasnt. She grabbed her crutches and stood up.

Sammy had been in the tree watching this whole time. She couldn't believe her eyes when she saw a young Gryffindor stroll into the clearing of the forest that they where in. Did she not see the angry look in Ne'Os and Miseria's face. Anger from Ne'Os for not dieing at his dagger and bringing tempting blood to a fight like this one, and anger from Miseria for the girl safety. This was a sign that Miseria would make a good mother. Sammy jumped down from the tree gaining the looks of all who remain in it. She only looked at Ne'Os though, wanting to continue their unfinished fight. She pointed her wand at him, wanting him to attack first, but she would not wait long. When the smell of the girls blood disappeard she was grateful but did not alter her line of sight. "Ready?" She asked Ne'Os, continuing the stance of a duel.

Ne'Os drew the elder wand doing two things first he use lumos to hopefully blind Sam and then he scent a green jet of light that was the killing curse. His next move consisted of him aperating to a tree behind Sam and launching a silver Dagger at her back. Before he aperated back to his spot just as the light died down from the elder wand that had remained in the exact same spot due to Ne'Os's Telekenisis. He Grabbed back onto the handel of the wand just as the light competley faded. He let the wand fall to his side like he had been there the whole time.

Aurora watched in awe. She wished she could join in but she new that no one would let her because she was young. She moved around a little using her crutches. She then sat the crutches on the ground and sat down beside them still watching the others

Miseria stared at the girl. Yes, she had the courage to come here, but it was just too silly of her to deside and stay here while there was battle going on. She looked as she went on Alester side, and held herself back from slamming her forhead. She then lost her protection shield, and narrowed her eyes at Alester, being ready if he'd hurt the child, although, she highly doupted that he'd do that. Though, she didn't know him much, she could really tell that he wouldn't attack the first grader. And not much to her surprise, he didn't hurt her, but just healed the wound.
What would she say to the girl who was so stubborn and didn't laeve? 'Oh, listen deary. it's our dramatheatre practice. Would you please leave because we are kind of shy, and we need to think about our act?' that would work, but it was too much of an irony.
Her ocean blue eyes were still set at the girl while she was watching two vampires figthing in the air. She could see the wish in her eyes. "You like it here?" she suddenly asked her, voice more softer than before.

Alester was at a loss the entire battle had shifted. He needed to finish this fight so he could get back home to heal his wounds properly; the dark magick he used would never pass at the hospital wing of this little school, he wasn't even the type to trust St. Mungo's healers. Yet he was glad for his ability to heal, the girl had been saved, and yet she remained... there was something of human nature he would never understand, he felt it too deeply himself-- the reckless abandon of adrenaline rush in the face of excitement. He stayed where he was, neutral ground, far enough away from the werewolf girl close enough to be in the thick of things should the excitement return. He actually hoped the wolfling would encourage the girl to go fo a long talk and walk away from here... both safe and removing his need to attack.

The fight was still in him, and would remain until the threat was neutralized, he had chosen a side and he would stand by his decision; Ne'Os was a path to the power he sought and had skills he wished to learn. Alester was quick enough to just catch the Teleportation, was that a Vampiric skill or one he might learn also? He would have to ask when the time was right. It was more a modified Apparition, and yet he didn't know if he could apparate here, it was the Forest, but was it far enough from the castle. Another cry of disdain sounded through the treetops, and he cast his eyes back to his Wyvern, Star was weary of this battle also and wanted Alester to leave. A glance and nod told the Wyvern to be patient; it was not time yet. He held a card of mystery aloft, the Empress, he wasn't certain why he drew it but he was ready for the next phase of this battle to end.

((Miseria; you know I realize I don't know your name in this topic.. this amuses me--but I have no qualms to call you by your blood and hope you realize it is no slight, just truth))

Miseria's smile went softer with every moment. Mostly it was a motherlike, as she was already becoming one. “You guess? Oh, you need to get the excitement from it, come here, I'll let you watch it closer,“ she said, stepping closer to her. Then she looked at Alester. Probably he didn't want to include the little girl in this situation as well. Taking a deep breatke, she slowly put her wand into her pocket, and showed her empty hands to her. “See... no danger and no thoughts of attacking you. Now, come, and don't worry. I am sure that you will get the view of Ne'Os and Sammy's game over there better than here,“ she said, standing already next to her. Then she looked up, and shrugged. Indeed, why was girl sitting here if on her spot, quite a bit away, was a better view to a battle in the air. “Come now,“ she said quietly, offering her a hand to get up.
