Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Lucy was sitting on the stone cold floor, with her back leaning against one of the many cabinets in the small, dark room. No matter how small it was, more trophies seemed to keep appearing yet the old ones never seemed to leave. Lucy suspected that there was some sort of charm which kept expanding the room when it was needed. She thought it should be expanded more as it was quite cramped at the moment.

The only reason Lucy was down there was to escape from reality. She had a lot of work which she could have been doing but she didn't feel like doing it. That afternoon also happened to be the time some of the Slytherins took over the common room talking about the Dark Arts, which she didn't want to know about. It would make her feel guilty if she knew and she just wanted to remain ignorant. She didn't want to get involved with any of the good versus bad wars, her mission was to get to the top, whatever it took.

Adam wasn’t sure how long he’d been trapped in the castle but he was getting bored of it now. The Hufflepuff, although nice in their own right, were naive and unintelligent at the best of times. He wanted to make friends but he wasn’t sure how to go about it – especially with them. He just wanted a bit of adventure and he got up to more wandering through the fields at home than being stuck in the walls of Hogwarts. He’d found those fields mundane and boring; now they seemed like the most interesting thing that could ever happened to his home town.

The castle was silent at night and only the tapping of Adam’s cane against the stone floor could be heard. Looking into the ruby eyes of the head of the cane was no use to him. Darkness was cruel and calculating. He walked up from the Hufflepuff common room in the dungeons, to the third floor where the air was a lot warmer there. Adam picked a door and opened it. He stepped inside and closed it behind him. He could hear someone breathing softly. He deduced that it was probably a girl. Adam bit his lip and raised his head. “Hello?”
