Jack, Jess , Andrew and the new baby's home

jessica bsied around there home she puled cookies from the oven while the twins sat in ther pram watching her intently and contently , jess smiled tickling nicolus on the foot he giggled and she moved to sit down drinking her coffee that she ahd not had since she ahd found out she was pregnant now she enjoyed the flavor and aroma of it once more, that night she had come back from the hospital she had took a long soak in the bath while jack settled the twins into there crib beside their bed, that night she had not slept so deep and so longin along time but yet she woke the next day feeling refreshed and like her self.

Jess took her vitamins and sat back her whole hoe smelled of backing and was clean the living room was spotless as was the hall and kitchen.

Khaat's mother had completed work on a special handmade gift for the twins. A pair of stained glass lamps--one for each of them. They were beautiful. They each had bases that looked like stained glass animals--a kitty for Caitlyn, and a puppy for Nicolas. There were beautiful shades. The bases could be used as nightlights as well. They were lovely. Katherine had packaged them so that they had beautifully wrapped boxes with handles so Khaat could carry them.

Khaat had waited a couple of days so that Jess could adjust to being home and so that her mother could finish the work on the lamps. Now she wrapped herself in a tan trench coat and tied it shut and had tied it over her jeans. She just didn't feel up to working today, and her father gladly gave her the day off, telling her to rest. He had approved of her going to see Jess for some reason, but he didn't want her going further. He had given her a new bracelet. She knew it was one that allowed him to monitor her and Abbey even more closely at all times. It was a gorgeous antique gold bracelet that Robert had found at a muggle shop. It looked like an ornate bangle style bracelet that hinged in the middle and clipped shut. But Robert had had the clip reinforced so it didn't come off easily. Khaat had liked the bracelet just because it was so beautiful. And she didn't mind him keeping an eye on her since nobody else was.

She knocked on Jess's door.

Jessica heard the door and moved quickly to see who it was , she smiled as she saw it was Khaat then opened it "Khaat what a nice suprise , come in and welcome to our home" she said grinning "oops the brownies are done" she said moving to cloe the door and walk back to the kitchen where she took out the cookies and cut them into squares before tipping them onto a cooling wire.

"what brings you here, or can I take two guess's ?" she asked sitting down she motioned to her to join her as she looked at her "seems like every one and there mothrs been here the past few days , his mother came yeatereday only to tell us she was leaving today. Jack wasn't too suprised" .

"Sounds like you aren't getting along like you all wanted to," Khaat frowned. "I just wanted to drop off a little gift to the kids from their godmother. Your home is beautiful, Jess. Really. So, tell me, how are you feeling? I saw Daddy gave you his super potent vitamins to help rebuild you faster. You seem to be getting around a lot better than when I saw you last. " Khaat put the boxes on the floor and sat down in one of the deep comfortable chairs. She was getting fatigued easily these days for some reason.

jess sighed "no as soon as she had told him about his father, she changed, became cold so in a way I am glad she left " she said Caitlyn gave a small hick up while Nicolas just looked at Khaat with wide shinning eyes.Jess smiled " I see they know your voice already" she said "where are my manners would you like somthing to drink?" she asked as she stood up again.

"Coffee or tea--whichever you have. Don't brew something special though," Khaat said. "Its not necessary. I can't get over how much better you look. And I don't have to ask. You've already been through the house, cleaning it from top to bottom. You look so much happier now that you can be more active. So is your housekeeper helpful for you?"

jessica smiled "thats my work, this place was a state , his mother was suposed to be looking after the place while i was at your fathers farm it looked as if she'd let it go" she chuckled poring a cup of coffee and placing it in front of her "sugers in the bowl in front of you" she said sitting back down "ow i get the odd pain but nothing I can't handel , you how are you and abby doing?" he slid the home made cookies towards her "try one i made them this morning should still be warm"

Khaat chose a cookie. She couldn't remember when she had had a cookie last. It struck her as odd because she did have a weakness for sweets. The cookie was still warm, and the tea was good. "Thank you," Khaat said. "Abbey's fine. Daddy is pretty much keeping a daily tab on that. I hate to see what sort of a grandparent he is going to be once she is born. She's going to be grandpa's girl, I can tell you that." Khaat smiled.

jessica smiled "yeah I bet she'll be a spoilt one " she smiled " like these two are by there father, everytime he comes home he brings something for them , last time he brought Caitlyn a little pink dress and booties, Nicolas a stuffed dog" she loked at her "you really ok?" she asked "rob again?" she could not help but sigh she could sense her lonlyness.
