Andrew's Apartment

Andrew rode in on his newly acquired motorcycle he had gotten from the Auto shop he had visited with Julia a few days ago. So far, he didn't know how much many he had. From the money that his brother had left him in the will, and the life insurance he was loaded now. He wasn't even concenred that the bike had been 10,000 dollars USDs. It felt as if it hadn't even dented his vast wealth. He had always bought a lifetime pass to a penthouse suite, which was about $50,000 dollars. He sure felt rich now. He sped faster to his new home.

Andrew parked his motorcycle inside his own garage and locked the door that opened on its own. He then ran around to the front and walked through the front door. It was a classy area. There was a piano player playing there and many different buffets and people roaming around. Nice. He approached the elevator and clicked 30. The elevator slowly went up, which left Andrew with an unnerving feeling. He hated elevators. When the elevator dinged to his level. He left and saw his house. The walls were painted pearl white and the rug was a very tannish color. There were many different decorations the hotel had left him, and a small refrigerator next to the TV, which was a 30 inch LCD HD TV. He threw his keys on the counter and then ran over to the cough and yelled Woo as he collided on it. IT felt nice.

Andrian arrived at Andrew's house and parked his car on the street just across from his house. He got out of his car, picked up his jacket and locked the door behind him as he started walking into his house until he came across an elevator. He put his hand in pocket, reaching for the paper Andrew had written for him and pulled it out, pushing the button to the elevator. Andrian stood there for a moment, waiting and read the paper to see what number it was, then stepped into the elevator once he heard it ding and opened the door. He waited for a moment as the elevator slowly went up. He looked around for a minute, he was impressed by the design or the apartment. Then, he walked toward Andrew's door and knocked on it.

Andrew pushed himself up so he was looking at the door. Visitors already? Weird. He got up and then walked over to the door, and looked through the peephole(if thats what they call it xD). He saw Andrian standing there waiting out in the hall. He unlatched the top lock that was connect to the door and the door fram and then the bottom lock, which had 5 inch metal prong latched into a hole in the doorframe. He then twisted the circular knob and pulled the door open. "Hey Andrian," he said still curious what he was doing here "what's up?"

Andrew shrugged and said "Okay." he closed the door behind Andrian and then walked over to the small kitchen area. He grabbed a Coca-Cola for himself and then turned to Andrian. "Want a soda or something?" he asked stilling searching through the fridge "I've got Dr. Pepper, Sprite, 7-Up."

"Hey Andrew!" Andrian exclaimated, happy to see him again. The last time he saw him was at Knockturn Alley chasing after Ne'os, he was very much like his brother always trying to be the hero, he remembered how it used to annoy him so badly. But what could he do about it. "I just thought i'd visit you and see how you are doing," he told Andrew, giving him an american handshake as if they were old buddies. He wandered how he was going, taking in his brother death and almost getting killed by Ne'os and Nick in the battle. He knew he was going to be fine but he just thought he'd check. "Dr Pepper will do fine," he said after walking into Andrew's apartment and waited outside the kitchen and looked around the house. "Not a bad house," he said.

"It cost a lot to keep this thing for life," he said calmly grabbing a cold Dr. Pepper from the fridge. He closed the door and then turned around. He rolled the can off his fingers so it flew forwards towards Andrian in a spiral. "50 grand. My brother left me a lot of money, plus the life insurance policy he had. I'm loaded now." He looked onto the counter and grabbed the remote and turned the TV on. It had HD quality so it looked amazing. "Anything you want to watch? Spike, TBS, Discovery?"

A couple days later...

It was raining down in New York City during the time of night. A few minutes ago, Andrew had been in the Room of Requirement, talking about how they had lost Grimmauld place, and now he was home. He had apperated at the staircase 1 floor below his floor. Nobody ever used the stairs, so it was alright. As soon as he apperated, he began to walk upstairs and into the hallway, hurrying as fast as he could to avoid detection. He hoped Jack had been following closely. He walked past his neighbors house and then finally found his apartment next to it. The door was locked so Andrew used a quick spell to unlatch it. As soon as he did, he opened up the door and walked inside, waiting for Jack.

Jack apparated right behind Andrew and followed up the stairs, walking quickly, too, because if anyone peeked out their door they would surely ask what was going on. You don't often see two teens covered in blood and grime, and Jack really did not want to have to think of an adequate excuse for their appearance.

Se followed Andrew into his apartment, hoisting up her bag as she did so and peering around. She let out an appreciative whistle. "Not too shabby, Andrew. And thanks for letting me come over." She really hated having to mooch but she did not want to see the looks on her parent's or her uncle's face when she showed up all gross and beaten up.

"Thanks," he said smiling weakly then closing the door "and it's no problem at all. Sorry if the place isn't looking nice or anything." He walked over to the kitchen area and then opened up the small fridge. "Want anything to drink?" he offered as he grabbed himself a Coca-Cola. He was feeling a lot better now that he was home and safe. Or at least felt like he was safe.

Jack nodded and said, "Any kind of soda will do me good." She was a bit of a caffeine junkie to tell the truth and could drink six or seven sodas a day, if given the resources. She glanced around a little more before remembering that Andrew had a pretty bad gash on his arm. She had scavenged a first aid kit from the Room of Requirement and she procured it now.

"Here," she said, holding it out. "You can patch up those gashes of yours before they get exposed or infected. You really won't want that."
