Making a offer that would be unwise to refuse (Khaat,Open)

"Go right ahead. Have at them," she said, daring him to try. "If that's what you really want, go get them. Be my guest. I will not get them for you, but if you want them that badly, just go right to the records room and help yourself. I wouldn't dream of trying to stop you."

"You dont fool me while i was digigng through the mind of Jack Uhler i found only he and you could access the records. but your no fool i know you removed him from the spell as soon as he was under my control. no your going to get them for me and your father wont stop me" he said aiming the elder wand at her head and thinknig imperio. He also tried to use legilimency on her he was determined to gain control one way or another.

Faelan watched he was ready to defend Ne'Os from Robert if the need arrised.

Khaat watched as Robert aimed and shout "Finite!" to undo Ne'Os's magic aimed at his duaghter. He followed up by wrapping another Contego spell around her to shield her from Ne'Os clear desire to gain control of her.

Khaat herself was wrapping herself with a protego charm at the same time her father was wrapping a strong contego around her. Double layering never hurt. Only made it harder to be penetrated.. Khaat laughed. Ne'Os really was an idiot. "Do you think I actually gave everything to Jack either? You fool! He didn't work, for me long enough. You played your hand too early. You might have had all the information had you just waited awhile longer for Jack to get my trust enough for me to give him everything. But, as usual, you miscalculated your timing, and you played your hand too early. I didn't tell him everything. Go ahead. Try it. See what you get. I'll use the killing curse on myself before I ever open the records room for you. But you are certainly welcome to just go right ahead and go get them yourself."

Jess grinned, khaat had played all her cards with flawless precision, but he did have a feeling she had a final one resting up her sleeve. "Don't even try it," he said calmly, his wand held loosely, but purposefully in his hand. "I'd go now if i were you," he added, a cocky smile gracing his lips

Godric relized all the actual fightting was done. He bowed out of the fist to cuffs that hadn't even realy gotten under way. It had been one strike and one dodge. But he had helped. That was all he was here for. Dropping back down to the ground, Godric looked at Ne'Os.

Ne'Os, theres a time and place for everything. This battle isn't ours to claim. Today no one wins, or loses. If I'm not going to keep your sory hide alive, then I'm leaving. And don't forget Ne'Os, thats the only reason I came. If you die too soon, then I lose out. Don't piss off anyone else for at least a day. Godric's voice was playfull, but with undertones that said Ne'Os was better alive then dead to him.

He turned and actaly walked out of St. Mungo's. No damage done to him, or anyone else that wasn't easily taken care of.

Ne'Os nodded slowly at Godric's advice "Very well...Death eater, Faelan" he said noting to Peter and Faelan. Ne'Os and faelan turned and walked out Faelan wrapping Ne'Os in protection charms just incase someone tried to ambush him.

Jen sighed and sat down on the rafter. She took the gun out of its holster and watched in interest as Ne’os’s little lackey began to draw up protection charms. Jen rolled her eyes and waited for the idiot to move out of the way before aiming her gun down at the vampire’s feet. She was bored and just wanted Ne’os to try again another day. He was a snivelling excuse for a vampire and was quite boring in her opinion. She flicked the safety off and pulled the trigger, letting the bullet penetrate the floorboard.

Jen slipped off of the rafter and landed easily on the floor. “Off you go Ne’os.” Jen said simply, keeping her eyes on the barrel of her gun. “I think it is about time you left. You have definitely overstayed your welcome here. Then again, I don’t think you were welcome to begin with.” Jen smiled slightly and turned her gun on Ne’os, deciding that she’d rather put a bullet in his head instead of Khaat’s floor. “Time to go.”

"Let him go," Khaat said softly, "Just let him leave. I just want him out. There will be another day and time to finish this but today is not the day." Khaat shied closer to Rob, glad this was ending, but not taking her eyes off the door. She clutched at his hand, not wanting him to leave her for the moment. She knew she surely would have died today--a couple of times--had it not been for him. She wasn't ready to let him just disappear again right away, literally or figuratively.

Ne'Os stepped out onto the street. He smiled to himself in the sunglight and dissapeared. But a final thought corssed his mind. What if the world he loved to live in changed. In the corners of his mind he That fear was strong.

It was probably the only time that Rob was glad that Jen was extremely volatile and nigh on insane. He was actually thankful for the guns and the hidden knives and the array of wands that she carried with her. Rob pulled Khaat to him and kept an eye on Ne’os until he left, taking Faelan with him. Rob kissed Khaat’s hair and wrapped an arm around her. “You’re safe Khaat, okay?” he whispered in her ear. “You’re both safe.”
