I would have to say no to the first one as there is no proof of anything like that in Harry potter and well as i have always said we have to stick to the storyline. I Mean how would those Demonic Vampires even be made it would take serious dark magic voldmort level dark magic, and with this you also imply that all vampires are inherently evil..

no not neccisarily evil just have occasinol dark stretches in combat or when they havent feed for 3 days they would need to take a potion to keep them in check and technicly you make a denomic vampire when you kill the victem and then give them vampire blood has to come from Vampyr blood line.

well most are just for going to class and answering question ect. not many are left negative, but the times they have been the teachers have been stating it
