Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. It was a little past sunset, and Catalina was idly walking through the streets of Hogsmeade, desperate for a place of cheery conversation so as to forget her troubles. A slight breeze whipped her wavy hair around before letting it fall delicately back down her shoulders.

With a tumultuous sigh, she opened up the Three Broomsticks' door, and then stepped through the entryway. Finding a table near the back, but still amidst the light-hearted cheerfulness, she sat down at it and ran a shaking hand through her hair.

The letter was still in her pocket, laughing with malevolence.

Mariana came to Hogsmeade planing on just relaxing somewehere, drinking some butter-beer and on the end,do whatever she can't do back at school. She didn't see Catalina in front of her.She never usually saw anyone before she bumped into him because she was always looking at her feet.

Fortunatly she raised her head from one moment to another just on time to see Catalina and detain before she walked into Catalina and fell as it was tradition. She stopped just on time and took one step back.Didn't wanna Catalina to think that she is crazy and stares at people. "Oh Hey Catalina,Wow that was close." she said repeating last part more for herself with relief.

Kya strolled down the streets of Hogsmeade looking around at the shops. Admittedly, it was a bit late now to be in Hogsmeade but a butterbeer was a butterbeer, and besides, she wasn't the only student out.

As she neared the Three Broomsticks she wondered if students could visit family members living in Hogsmeade. After all, her big brother had an apartment here and it would be nice if they could hang out... she would have to ask her Head of House.

When she entered the establishment she made a beeline to the bar and asked Madame Rosmerta for a butterbeer. When she got her order she turned around to find a place to sit and spotted a couple of empty tables at the back, next to a table occupied by a Ravenclaw and apparently a friend who had just arrived.

She couldn't really recognize anyone, since she'd come late in the year, but she was pretty sure she'd seen the Ravenclaw girl before. She nodded politely to both before she sat down at her own table and sipped her butterbeer while she watched the people around her.

Not for the first time she wondered where on earth her twin brother was.

Davina was wondering around aimlessly in Hogsmeade, as per usual. She didn't like to shop that much, unlike most girls, so she just walked around, doing a bit of window shopping then eventually going back to school. Sometimes she stopped for a drink, as well.

Davina saw The Three Broomsticks come into view. This would be one of the times she stopped for a drink, she decided. She walked across the street and stepped through the door and into the building.

Davina saw Catalina and Mariana at a table together, and near them was a Slytherin girl she hadn't met before. She wanted to go and sit with the girls she knew, but there wasn't another chair at the table. She could go and sit with the Slytherin girl, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to. She didn't have the best impression of Slytherins, thanks to Black.

Davina walked up to the bar and ordered a drink, to prolong her decision. She sat at a stool while she waited for the woman, who she couldn't remember the name of, to get her a butterbeer. After what seemed like a second, she had her drink. Now what?

Kya looked up when she heard the door open and close, and in came another unknown student. She watched the other girl order her drink from Madam Rosmerta, before she looked around at the people in the pub.

She couldn't not know anyone either, could she?

Davina picked up her drink and stood up. Right. Taking one more look around the room, she saw no other empty tables. She could sit with the Slytherin, stay at the bar or go and sit with the strange man and a goat in the corner. It wasn't a hard decision.

Davina walked over to the girl who was sitting alone. "Can I sit here?" she asked, politely. She didn't want to get off to a bad start with anyone. She was just hoping that this girl would be nothing like Black.

[[Lol strange man and goat?? hahahahaha]]

The girl Kya had been watching suddenly left the bar and began walking in her general direction. Maybe she knew the Ravenclaw sitting in the table close to hers, but then the girl surprised her by walking up to her and asking if she could sit down.

Kya blinked a couple of times at the Ravenclaw and looked around the pub. There didn't seem to be any other free tables, unless you took the strange man and the goat in the corner into consideration, but she wasn't about to redirect anyone in that particular direction, she wasn't that cruel. Besides, she might as well start meeting people around here.

"Sure, the seat's free," she replied, smiling slightly for good measure.

[[OOC: Uhm, yeah. I had a random Aberforth moment xD.]]

Davina smiled back at the girl, glad that the seat wasn't taken. She didn't want to sit next to the other man. Not in a million years. She sat down and took a sip of her drink, before placing it on the table.

It was then Davina realised she hadn't even introduced herself yet. "Oh, I'm Davina by the way." she said, cursing herself for forgetting. The most crucial thing to say, and she had forgotten it. At least she remembered eventually, she thought.

Kya smirked with some amusement. "I'm Kya," she replied. "Kya Sage. Funny how I hadn't seen you around... not that I've been here a long time, but I can remember a few faces already and I hadn't seen you at all. It's a pleasure to meet you," she added politely.

'Oh, wouldn't snobby old grandma be proud of me right now... being all polite and stuff,' she thought to herself, remembering her estranged pureblood relative.

Catalina was barely aware of Mariana's blunder, her mind was so far away. When she did notice, a flicker of humor flashed through her eyes and she gave her friend a small smile.

"Hey, Mariana. How are you on this fine evening?" She paused for a moment. "You seem a little distracted."

While she waited for a reply, her sapphire eyes shot in the direction of the door when her ears registered it opening. A young Slytherin girl walked through, met her eyes and then sat at a table just next to her. Then, a few minutes later, Davina strolled in.

Giving Mariana a small grin, she watched her Ravenclaw friend glance over at her and then towards the Slytherin girl. Standing up, while still keeping Mariana in her sight, she strolled over to the two new arrivals, and said, "Mind if we join you? We could put these two tables together, I am sure?"

She kept her face alight with a smile, although inside she was aching.
