I try at least. It helps bring people and keep people on the site. If they dont really get a warm weclome they might not stay.

lol. Well I mean why do we have these when we have the Awards of the Month too? Why do you have both of them and why are these more important? Like look at the Awards of the month, there like shunted to a side where no body looks at them, while these have a whole forum to them. Shouldn't we be voting for the members of the month here?

The three on the side of voted on my admins. These are awards created by members. Members nom and vote for who they think should win. Both set are imporatant to the site.
