Alexander had gotten Allyson almost inside and his Father appeared to be more at ease, his Mother too who turned out to be at the scene (naturally) and in the entrance hall (naturally). In spite of that they were still a child missing, or had they forgotten Anastasia was nowhere to be seen, hopefully she was just out of his sight, maybe already in The Great Hall. All in all Anastasia wasn't at the top of Nott's list if people to rescue, where was- Isadora. He thought as his eyes had caught sight of his wife who was soaking wet and her hair stained with blood. She was hurt, bleeding and... She'd fallen to the ground.

'Isadora!' He cried out letting go of Allyson and running full pelt down the stone steps and across the now rain pattered grass towards his fallen wife.

'Stupefy!' He yelled at a werewolf who backed into its hind legs in disgust at being hit by such a spell.

Hold on. Hold on. Alexander thought. Hold on. Hold-

Alexander Nott had fallen to a stray sunning spell that had whizzed over an oncoming werewolf.

'ALEXANDER!' Anastasia cried, once again choosing to ignore Hugo Weasley. Her eyes wide in horror at the sight. 'NO!' Anastasia cried, tears streaming down her face attempting to break free from Hugo. Right now she didn't care about the unconscious girl, who was appearing to come to her senses again, nor did she care what happened to her for her brother had fallen and-

'GET AWAY!' Anastasia cried, slipping out of Hugo's arm and running straight towards where a werewolf had pounced onto his fallen body.

She can walk then, Hugo though dryly to himself as Anastasia shot off, in the opposite direction to that he would have preferred. He looked absently at the girl coming to her senses somewhat and he tore his gaze off of her to try and ascertain what he was supposed to do. He had to make a choice and, ultimately, he had to trust someone else would sort out the Notts. He brandished his wand properly and cast a few spells at the encroaching werewolves, buying him some time to scoop up his delirious charge in his arms.

“C’mon,” he uttered with effort, not entirely sure he was built to be the hero. Somehow, though, he began to make his way back up towards the castle. He belonged in an office somewhere, filling out paperwork. He wasn’t made for this kind of strain. Nevertheless, Hugo found his countenance and carried the Hufflepuff up into the great hall where he found room to set her down, upright, one of the benches.

“Hey, hey,” he murmured, tapping at her cheek with his hand. “Wake up now.”

A passing House Elf, laden with bandages and heaven knows what else, stalled upon seeing Hugo and he demanded the creature go off and get some wine to liven up his charge. With a crack the elf disappeared and reappeared, offering up a goblet which Hugo took with grateful thanks.

“Drink this,” he offered it to her. “Sip it, slowly.”

It was too delicious--the opportunity to rid himself of her once and for all, and the craziness that it caused him. Fenrir had warned him that his bloodlust for her would be his undoing if he weren't careful.

James wasn't careful. Fenrir was just a senile old dog at the moment that James was happy to discount. All James had on his mind was killing. The smell of death in the air was intoxicating to him on top of his uncontrollable drive to kill Khaat.

He had left his primary plan--the plan to kill the students at Hogwarts. Damnit--she had managed to show up again, and now his focus on the reason he'd come had been totally abandoned in his mind. The animal within was becoming all powerful, and there was very little control or reasonlng left within him.

Running on all fours now, he was completely transformed. One of his own pack managed to race in front of him, and he sideswiped the young werewolf--not interested in anything else but the prey ahead of him. And she was stepping off of school grounds.

Half his pack was still following him. They raced off the grounds with him, and he made a flying lunge at her, the smell of lilies filling his senses, the blond hair carried up into his muzzle as he knocked her down to the gravel drive. He felt her form under his weight, under his huge feet. He had her! Finally! He had her!

"Marcus!!!" there was a shout of alarm from the distance. He heard a man's voice raising in fear. James loved the taste of fear. It only drove him more. This time, he would not fail. This time, all the madness would end. Let the humans' cubs live. This was worth it all.

No. Not on my watch, Marcus thought. He was fine, to a limited extent, with what her plan had been. It was saving lives of little ones--like his own. Marcus was all about protecting his kids, and if this was what it took, then this was the job.

He fully planned on this hurting. More than usual. If James had his way, though, Marcus figured it would only hurt for a moment at best and then it would end rather badly for him and for Khaat. Marcus was certainly going to give it everything he had.

He saw James fling himself upon her. She fell flat to the gravel drive with the beast completely. Marcus heard the beast now howling in victory, and he saw the claws come out and saw the beast bearing its massive teeth.

"Hey! Ugly!" Marcus shouted. "Sectumsempra!" he fired his wand straight at the beast. Blood splattered all over Marcus. The beast howled, but the victory was gone from the cry. This was pain--and it was pure unbridled rage. Marcus had expected it. And in the next moment, he fully predicted he would be killed and then Khaat would be next.

What haunted him most was that he heard nothing from her. She was completely silent. It raised a hard cold fear in him straight to his very core.

Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well! - Page 4 Empty Re: Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well!

Post by Zara Halworth Mon Sep 01, 2014 6:01 pm

Really, it was not Ana's fault that her heart was racing. Word had hit the Ministry about an explosion at Hogwarts - something to do with the train. Both of her children were on their way that morning, inevitably on the Hogwarts Express after it left from King's Cross. She had actually seen them there herself, though she had not always been there to pick them up when they returned. People always talked about a woman scorned, but Ana had not heard often enough a phrase about a mother worried about her children.

In the past few weeks, Poppy had been kidnapped, and Anton had been forced to stay in wait, wondering why his mother wouldn't tell him what was going off as she went off with a man who was a stranger to the boy but most definitely not one at all to his mum. Now, here those poor kids were again on the train that had been sabotaged according to the Deputy Headmistress's patronus. Work or not she had determined to be more involved - determined to be home more and pay more attention.

The first step, though, had been to send Pavel packing. She knew full well about the clause coming to the Matrimonium Legem, and Ana saw no problem with getting ready for it. If possible, she would be the first to take advantage of the situation. Poppy knew the truth now, and there was no point in making any of them deal with Pavel anymore, even if he had fought the change. At least both kids would be at school now, away from anything he might try in some desperate attempt to get Poppy back.

It took only minutes for her to gather her things and make her way to a suitable apparition point. Her feet landed and Ana staggered back in shock. The grounds were literally in chaos, which must have been just what James and his pack wanted. Of course, of all the people - or, in his case, creatures - that would be around her children, it was him. Again. A furious scowl lit her features as she marched forward, eyes out for either of the children. A shout went up from her left only moments later, and she turned to find Anton barreling towards her, gesturing off a ways in front of her. She caught him, tucking him against her side as she followed his motions with her eyes, and tensed. Poppy was stood among four other students, staring at James and her father as he had after the werewolf.

"Come on, then," she murmured, tugging Anton along behind her, standing between him and the line of fire as they approached the first year and the others. "Poppy," she called, her gaze darting between the girl and her father.

"Hey, it's-" Anton started, but Ana just nodded, moving him to stand next to his sister.

"Poppet, I know it's frightening, but we really can't stay here. Your father will be better if he knows you're safe, you know that." Turning to the kids around her daughter, Ana added, "Are you all okay? Let's get you up to the castle, yeah?"

Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well! - Page 4 Empty Re: Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well!

Post by Ariel Damian Greyback Mon Sep 01, 2014 6:15 pm

Werewolves didn’t really like trees, especially not when other werewolves fell from them. A few yelps sounded from the area around the Forbidden Forest and howls ripped from their chests as their necks were bitten down into and legs snapped under the weight of the wolf that fell down over them. With snarls and snorts, Ariel Greyback, fully transformed into the shaggy, clear, white dog that he began under the light of the moon, incapacitated any of the dogs in his path who were desirous of maiming the children. Blood covered his muzzle and dribbled down across his chest as he trotted through the long, lush grass covered in dew.

His eyes, swirling with gold, fixed upon James Blood, upon Khaat, upon a man unknown to him though he knew she was her body guard. Ariel took off at a run, throwing himself across the grounds towards James Blood. Then, he leapt, extending his claw and digging himself into Blood’s shoulders, his teeth digging in around the dog’s neck. With his hind legs, he kicked away the man that had thrown himself upon James and with his forelegs thrust at Blood, throwing him away from him before landing down in the earth.

Come on then you unruly git, Ariel thought steadily. Now it’s time to play.

James felt the sectumsempra, and a scream had erupted from the beast within. He was reaching around to kill the man on his back when...

WHAM! He was slammed full on by another werewolf, knocked off his prey. James had fallen backwards on top of the man that had slashed at him.

James rolled up onto his fours, looking at the werewolf that was clearly mounting a battle challenge. Ari. He should have figured. The little bastard didn't know really what it meant to be a werewolf anyway and had always done his best to deny who he was.

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw the bodyguard fling himself onto Khaat to shield her, and she was now inaccessible to James. Never mind that Ari was between them and him.

James felt his ears flattening out of agitation with Ari as he eyed him. This was to have ended it, ended his obsession with her. But this little idiot was going to make it go on and on and on.

A low, angry growl came from deep within James' chest. He wanted a challenge, and James was not willing to bypass it.

He bared his teeth at the boy, extending his claws, and leaped at the boy.

In a moment, there would be one less Greyback in the world.

Post by Ariel Damian Greyback Mon Sep 01, 2014 7:41 pm

Fear didn’t come into this. It was about so much more than himself. It was about the people that James stood to hurt. Ariel wasn’t going to pretend that he cared about them, those people, because he didn’t know them, but he understood loss and no one deserved to go through it, especially not at the hands of that brutal, incorrigible bastard. So he ducked out of the way, James’ talons scraping across his left side and though it smarted, Ariel shook it off as he threw his paw, claws poised, at James, swiping him as they changed sides across their battle field.

For the first time Ariel recognised how painfully large the Blood werewolf was. In comparison, he was slight and almost feminine but he bore to him a deceptive strength as well as speed and agility that he knew would help him there. As he regained his footing, he waited for Blood, quirking a wolfish brow at him challengingly. Ariel knew that this would be about wearing the other werewolf down, waiting for a mistake, rather than throwing himself in gung-ho, albeit he’d failed in terms of that from the beginning. No, he was smarter than Blood. He’d have him beat.

Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well! - Page 4 Empty Re: Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well!

Post by Marcus Belby Mon Sep 01, 2014 8:30 pm

Poppy wrapped herself tightly around her mother, but she was unable to move, fixed, her gaze frozen and glued to her father. Before James Blood, she'd never seen a werewolf except in storybooks and then they looked little more than north American gray wolves. These were nothing like those. Not even remotely. She didn't want to be magical, didn't want any part of this, didn't want to be here. More than ever, she wanted to be a muggle.

Thrown off of Blood, Marcus had regained himself and had then thrown himself on Khaat to shield her. He heard the fighting begin between Blood and another newcoming werewolf. He didn't know who the heck this guy was, but he was certainly grateful.

He didn't know whether he had hurt her or not. She still hadn't made a sound. He looked over her shoulder down into her face. Her eyes were open. Simply put, it had scared her wits straight out of her.

"I'm here," he said softly into her ear. "You're alright, but we're not out yet. We've got to go." He got to his feet and gathered her up, getting her on her feet. He didn't know quite yet whether her own feet would hold her so he kept an arm under her good shoulder. He looked back to see where Blood's followers had gone.

Some of them were slowly approaching on all fours, trying to size them up for a rematch. Marcus leveled his wand at them. Then he drew a wide, tall circle of flame around himself and Khaat to protect the two of them. If they wanted to try now, they'd have to figure out a way to get past a solid wall of flame. It drew the werewolves who had followed James to circle the ring of flame. Good. At least half the werewolves were outside the gate.

Her mission was accomplished at least in part. Half of the beasts were off school grounds.

James was preoccupied with the werewolf facing him. He had had to give Khaat up yet one more time. Ari's claws were lightening fast and razor sharp. They slashed at James, and blood and fur flew. He wasn't ready to admit he had perhaps underestimated the young Greyback. James was, after all, bigger and stronger. Towering over Ari, he threw a blow at the side of Ari's head.

Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well! - Page 4 Empty Re: Ding Dong Bell. Look Who's in the Well!

Post by Milena Ivanova Mon Sep 01, 2014 8:46 pm

Milena hasn't seen train crashing, she was sleeping, but noise and stroke woke her up and throwing her body in the wall opposite her. She felt strong pain on her cheek, and after she touched it and looked her palm she saw something dark. Blood. The lights in train blinked a few times than turned of. She had no idea what's happening, the hufflepuff only knew that the train crashed and that they're sinking now.

Cold water rushed through the broken window in her cope compartment, sweating her wardrobe and making her shiver. She shouted her mounth and pulled out her wand just in time to make bubble charm and save herself for drowning.

Mila heared screams in the hole, students asking for help. She prayed that no one dies, although she already knew that was childish, the train fell into the lake, there must be dead students. She waited for a cab to fill with a water completely trying to restrain the hysteria, it won't help her, it would only killed her, and all the people she might save. Milena knew she couldn't open the cab doors if the cab isn't under the water, the pressure was too strong and she was too weak to fight with physics. Adrenalin filled her veins, numbing her pain, in some part of her brain she knew she's full of bruses, her right hand is probably broken, it's luck that she's left-handed, she'll have giant scar on her cheek, it's a wonder that she's even walking considering she was in one of the first wagons.

She open the doors, glancing back to her cab for the last time, she saw her owl, dead in the cage. The blonde completely forgot about her, and now she's dead, because of her, her heart ached but she turned her gaze away and stepped into the hole. Now she need to help the alive ones.

She hasn't know the spell for extensive damage but she knew how to break the windows pretty well, and could help the first years climb up through them and then they need to swim to shore after she jinxed them with bubble charm. In theory, it's pretty simple, but it was much harder in practice. Outside of their cab was some guy, he told them his name is Bastien, who helped pull the kids out and send them away from the lake, somehow. After she helped a few of them her back started hurting, she wasn't strong enough, hopefully some guy from her year saw what's she trying and helped her, together they cleaned all train compartment in their cab and climb through the window, and started swimming to shore.

When she reached the shore the fight was in full swing, Hogwarts was full of people, and most of them weren't professors here, probably someone seeked for help, and people answerd. Milena hoped that there are sufficiently to win. Some of her teacher, she didn't registered which one, pulled her out of battle, forcing her to go into the castle. She let her to drag her, after she seen some werewolves. She hasn't skilled enough to help them.

(OCC. Are werewolves changed? Is full moon now? If it is I need to change Sebastien into werewolf, too. (If someone wants you're free to attack him thinking he's with the bad crowd.))
