We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Meeting Up Empty Meeting Up

Post by Vanessa Wendorf Sat Jun 13, 2015 5:42 am

Alexander read the note from Aria over and over each time in his head. He couldn't figure out what it was that she wanted to talk about. They hadn't spoken to each other since that night a month ago and he wondered why. He had officially moved to London from Scotland to continue his practice out here where it was more busy. He felt like things were moving too slow back home and he wanted to stay busy always. So when he received her letter asking to meet up with him at a cafe he agreed and that's where he found himself at that moment.

He shifted in the booth feeling nervous about seeing her again but at the same time he felt relieved. Maybe they could talk about why things were left how they were or they could talk about something else. He was just a nervous mess that he ordered his fourth cup of coffee while waiting for Aria to show up at the cafe.

The cafe was just a small place and it wasn't crowded at all, in fact it was near empty. He was wearing a pair of well loved blue jeans and a grey t shirt. He wanted to see her and he couldn't help but wonder how she was and everything.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Post by Aria Haywood Sat Jun 13, 2015 6:14 am

It has been a month since Aria met the muggle called Alexander. Since her periods were late already like a week which was weird for her since these were on time always. She wasn't sure at first what was going on. Then it did hit her, that night a month ago must have happen it still even if she still couldn't remember it. She bought pregnacy test and used it. That showed that she was pregnant. This baby was so unplanned for sure. Her life plan needs to be changed now. She would have to take leave from her Auror job probably or she can do paper work for awhile. Going on the field is to dangerous for baby. She wants to keep the baby, she doesn't wanna do abort. It sounds so wrong for here. So shr had made up her mind. Even if babys father Alexander doesn't want that baby she will still raise the baby up.

Aria decided to tell about it to Alexander too since he is probably a father. Noone else can't be. She did invite him over to one cafe. She was very nervous about it all. Telling something like that to somone who you barely even know is jard. She did even choose herself outfit long time. At the end she did put on Summer Dress and then flats. She was noq ready to go after putting up light make up too and brushing her hair.

When she arrived to the cafe she saw Alexander there already. She was now more nervous than she was before. She walked over to his table. "Hello," she said to him and took a seat across the table. "I know you wonder why I wanted to meet you after a month. There is something you should know," she added there now. It was at least a start. She looked at Alexander and couldn't say those words out yet.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Alex was looking towards the door when he saw Aria come in. He thought she looked lovely in her summer dress. When she came to the table he stood and waited for her to sit before he sat back down. He wondered what she was wanting to talk about but he wasn't going to push her.

"Hello Aria." He said smiling softly at her. "Yes I was very curious as to why you did contact me a month later. I'm not complaining, I just thought that you simply didn't want to talk to me." He wondered why she looked like she wanted to say more. "Please tell me what it is. My curiosity has been killing me since I received your letter." He was relaxed as he looked at her and wondered how bad or good it was what she wanted to tell him.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Aria could tell that Alexander was curious now what she wanted to tell to him. This thing wasn't so easy to say out for sure. She looked at the table and did even play with her finger under the table now. She was nervous for sure about this.

Soon she looked up at Alexander and did take a deep breath. "Yeah at first I didn't really wanna contact with you. It felt so weird and embarrassing after that morning. After couple days later i was afraid to see you again. But now I had to see you since this is really something what you should know," she did say there now and looked back at table once again. She couldn't say those words out.

"Okay I get your curious now," she said and did look back at him once again. "I'm pregnant and since it's been probably just about a month then you are father. Since I'm sure I haven't really done it with anyone else," she told to him it out. Not the best way but at least she said it. She wondered what he would say no. "Even if you don't wanna be part of child's life I will still keep the baby. I don't feel like I should abort," she added there now.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Alex nodded remembering that morning neither one of them remembering what happened the night before. "I understand that considering the circumstances of what happened." He said looking at her his eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Her next words were a kick to the gut, his face was void of any facial expression.

Ten minutes passed by when everything finally sank into his brain. Getting up and pushing in his chair he came around to her side of the table. He sat down next to her and looked her straight in the eyes. "If the baby is mine, I'm not going anywhere. I want to be a part of my child's life. Do you have a doctor your seeing for the pregnancy?" He asked looked at her, he couldn't believe that he was going to be a father. "Now I want to tell you something if that's okay with you."

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Aria nodded her and did smile for a second. Yeah that night was something what she didn't remember and next morning was way to awkward. Anyways ever since then he tried to avoid him so much as possible.

She looked down at the table all those ten minutes when neither of them didn't say anything at all. When Alexander moved from his seat to next to hers. She looked up at him and couldn't believe at first what he said. "Oh I'm positive it's yours. Since there is no man in my life and that night is only way," she said there now to him. "Nope I don't yet, I just found it out myself yesterday. I first wanted to say it to you too for some reason," she added then there. All this baby thing was quite new to her. She didn't know yet much about it. She didn't want to have baby in so young age.

"Sure you can tell me. If it's not something bad," she said with a small smile.

Alex smiled when she said that she was positive it was his. "I'm going to be here for the baby and for you. Thank you for telling me Aria." He said smiling sweetly at her before turning his chair to face her. "Okay, we'll just have to find a doctor for you. I'm glad that you decided to tell me first about the baby."

He took her hand in both of his and kissed the back of her hand softly. "I want you to know that no matter what I wanna be here for the baby. I also want you to know that I would like to spend some time each day with you. I really want to get to know you better Aria. Is that okay with you?" He asked still holding her hand in both of his.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Post by Aria Haywood Sun Jun 14, 2015 3:02 pm

Aria wasn't expecting him to be so understandable and so caring about this one. She was nervous for no reason really now. She looked at him and just nodded her head. "Yes we need to find a doctor," she agreed. "Also I need to tell about this to my parents but they will freak out for sure," she added there and sighed. For telling to parents was even more harder.

Aria was bit of shocked when he did take her both hands into his hands and even kissed one. She didn't expect this to happen for sure. She did listen what she said next. Get knowing baby's father sounded like good idea actually. "That would be okay with me. Since you wanna be part of baby's life then we should yeah get to know each other's better," she said there with a small smile.

Meeting Up Empty Re: Meeting Up

Alex smiled and said, "If you'll permit me I would like to go with you to these appointments." He nodded at her words of telling her parents about the pregnancy. "If you want I can go with you when you tell them. Or would it be better if I didn't? I don't know how your parents will react to me considering." He said laughing slightly knowing that he was a muggle and she was a witch.

He smiled when she said that it was a good idea to get to know each other better. He wondered where they would start when they barely knew each other. "Are you hungry?" He asked curiously.

Aria looked at him. "Sure you can come to these appointments, I won't mind really," she said with a small smile. "Not sure if you should come or not. They don't have nothing against muggles. Me and my siblings did even went muggle school before Hogwarts. I'm not sure yet how to tell them about this," she said and sighed at the end. Her parents really won't take it good. They wouldn't never expect this from her at all.

She was hungry for sure. She now needs to eat for two. "Yes, I am hungry," she said with a small smile. "We should probably order something to eat," she added then.
