You see this sexy beast? His name is Nemo Omara, though
he prefers - and I use the word "prefers" as one would the
word "insists" - that he be referred to as "Mortimer", or
"Mo" for short by some. Having been raised in a small psychic
town in the state of Florida, Nemo has yet to adapt to the
ways of Britain's climate and its natives, even with several
years of schooling as a Gryffindor at Hogwarts, & his time
spent serving the Ministry of Magic as an auror after he had
graduated.

He is a twenty-four year old half-blood Seer with a knack
for dueling and an obsessive personality. Nemo suffers
from Manic Depression as a symptom of the inconsistency
of his precognition, & has, as a result, become heavily
dependent on alcohol & self-destructive behavior. Nemo's
sense of humor & amusement with the world plays a big
role in the way that he interacts with others.

It is in all likelihood that any friend/acquaintance of Nemo's
would be someone who is aware of his psychological
flaws and hasn't an issue with them. Someone who can
withstand both the depressed and the manic personality
when each takes hold of the wheel. Partners in crime
would be an accurate description of a friend of Nemo's.
Drinking buddies, dueling partners, playful banter, ect.
All such relationships and more are welcome.

Having mentioned Nemo's stages of depression, it may
also be noteworthy that he frequently attempts suicide,
and often upsets many in the process. During this point
in his life, Nemo cares for nothing more than his sight,
and he will do anything to regain that ability. He often
tries to sever all ties with those who care for him at
this particular time by being ruthlessly honest, or any
other method that shows promise of solitude by the end
of the day. It is during this point that I believe he
will have made the most enemies. But simple annoyance
or frustration may be present in his fellow aurors at any
time, due to his antics.

Nemo has never been the sort to settle down, or dedicate
himself to any one person for longer than an evening. The
longest relationship he shared with a woman withstood a
month. This is often due to his inconsistent personality,
addictions, and inability to take a situation seriously.
That being said, however, Nemo has had several one-night-
stands with coworkers, strangers, and bartenders. Oh, &
the wife of a man whom he'd felt had crossed a line when
he'd attempted to light The Source, Nemo's business, on
fire. This should make for plenty of awkardness. You in?

Jake and Nemo have some kind of friendship, if you can call
it that. These two can be considered partners in crime when
it comes to causing destruction somewhere during the many
duels they have. Who would have thought that Auror training
would have been their meeting place and the birth of the
destruction twins? Though there are rarely any times he shows
or admits it, Jake looks up to Nemo, in a weird way. Nemo has
also been the only one to give him a nickname he actually likes.
