Studying Over Break... Lurvly.

Logan should not have been studying over the winter break, but he wanted to get ahead, He had already felt rotten as it was for staying at the school instead of returning home, but his mum had approved, saying the Yule Ball was worth staying for and it would be a good opportunity for him to catch up in the subjects he had fallen behind in.

Now with the Yule Ball gone, he planned to honor the reason he had stayed at the school. In exchange for missing time with his mother and his sister- something he was wishing he had not done, because he did miss them- he would catch up in his classes and ensure that he did not slip behind again. In fact, he would raise his grades.

The library was surprisingly packed, but he realized some fifth years were beginning to panic about the OWLs and then there were the studious Ravenclaws who seemed to forget they had a break they could be enjoying. He found one open table and pulled out the books he was planning on starting with and opened them. This should be... Okay, it was a really lousy end to the winter holidays.
