Welcome to Potter’s Army

Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Buying a proper wand Empty Buying a proper wand

Post by James Rosier Wed Jun 30, 2010 11:33 pm

Zakk walked in the shop, with a pale face. He yawned and looked around having nothing to do. He was buying a new wand, his wand was getting a little rusty. He yawned and approached the counter. "A wand."

Thaor looked up as Zakk walked in. Just any wand, no specifics? Thaor said sarcastically.

What kind do you want? Thaor asked more politely.

"Obviously not." He said laughing as he looked around. "I'd like Willow as a wood and do you have Basillisk Scale?"

I do, right over here I think. Thaor said walking to a shelf and looking for the wand.

I have three left. A 9 4/5 inches, 7 3/4 inches, and a 6 1/2 inches. Which would you like? Thaor asked.

Thaor handed Zakk the 7 3/4 inches wand. One 7 3/4 inches willow wand with basilisk scale core. 70 sickles, minus the 10 sickle Death Eater Discount, makes it 60 sickles. Thaor said.
