Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

"Oh, whatever!" she said, turning away. She felt the color in her face cool down. She was just a low Slytherin girl, what effect could she have on Alice. None, thats what. Or almost none. She started to hum the Hogwarts song in a little bit of retaliation.

Vanessa arched her eyebrows. She had obviously gotten to the girl if she was humming the Hogwarts song. "Obviously Hogwarts hasn't taught you when you should just shut up!" she shouted. "This school has been going to the dogs for quite some time," she added.

'Alright, that is it!" Alice thought. She pulled out her wand, but didn't use it. She wanted to see what the Slytherin girl would do next. She lowered her eyebrows. Going to the dogs?!? Bah humbug!! She loved Hogwarts just as much as her parents did.

Vanessa let out a cruel laugh and pulled out her wand. She was determined not to use it unless the girl did. She didn't really like having to resort to magic to resolve her fights. She wasn't particularly clever, but then again the girl looked a lot younger than her. Vanessa continued to glare at her. "I'm not scared of you," she said smoothly.

Alice scowled. She put her wand away. It figured that Vanessa wouldn't be scared of her. Sheesh. But revenge was building up, and Alice didn't like to keep it bottled up.

Vanessa smirked as the girl put her wand away. She pocketed her wand as well. "Smart choice," she said with a smile. Vanessa was actually quite enjoying arguing with this girl. She was in a horrible mood to begin with and it was nice to let out some steam. "You have to admit this place is wretched. They have some dreadful teachers here and I swear it was that fool Dumbledore that started this whole mess, it's just been one horrible thing after the next."

Alice rolled her eyes. But she considered it. She had never really met very many teachers. But she snapped to attention at the Dumbledore comment. Oh, NOW she had gone too far. She pulled out her wand. She hoped that the Slytherin would do the same and Alice could disarm her.

Vanessa wondered why the Dumbledore comment had set her off so much. He was an old fool that almost ruined the school, from what she heard. The girl pulled out her wand. She seemed quite keen to do that. Vanessa considered pulling hers out but merely just placed her hand on it inside her robes. She would pull it out if she had to. "I mean honestly the man was a bloody fool that went meddling into business that he should known to stay out of."

Alice now didn't care if it may be against the school rules or not, she was too angry. She and her family were very loyal to Dumbledore and she was going to stay that way.

"Stupefy!!" she aimed her wand at the girl. She meant it to knock her down, that was all. Then she thought of Ben. What would he think of this behavior? Scorn it?

"Ben..." she muttered, and cursed herself silently.

Vanessa whipped her wand out quickly, "Protego!" She shouted mangaging to block the spell. She sighed in relief, she usually wasn't particularly quick. "Who's Ben?" she asked in a mock-caring voice.
