Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

A Not So Ordinary Walk.... Empty A Not So Ordinary Walk....

Post by Avril Dragonheart Tue Jul 12, 2011 5:21 pm

It was dusk and Avril was walking in Hogsmeade, her hair was red with a few green streaks, and was wearing a black and white kimono and some black boots. She sighed and hoped someone just wasn’t running around and accidently turn her into a frog. Avril ended up not paying attention and tripped on a rock, and got a few bruises on her knee.

Avril decided to sit down for a few minutes to make sure she isn’t bleeding anywhere. Avril thought someone was behind a bush, although it turned out to be a rabbit eating a carrot. She just stayed sitting on the ground for no reason. Avril then noticed that she was near the wilderness, so she walked towards the wilderness in a curious way.

Naomi and the pack crouched among the tall grass, all of them in their wolfish forms. Well all except for the fallen Fyona. Naomi had tried to insist that Hoover stay behind, but he wanted to avenge Fyona's death somehow, and they all wanted to fill the gap in their pack. It was still a fairly large pack- Colby her right hand wolf; Hoover, the strength; Carlyn, extra bulk; Nestor, quick footed and a good look out; Alexis, the new pup in training.

Naomi's head raised as she felt a prsence approaching before lowering her head again- she stood out too much. The girl came into sight and Naomi's eyes shifted towards nestor and Carlyn, who lept to their feet and sprinted towards the girl, begining to run in circles around her. Hoover, Naomi, and Colby raised themselves up and slowly approached her.

(Alexis! Feel free to join too!)

Alexis followed behind the rest of the pack. As they were crouched in the tall grass, Alexis moved in a little closer to the rest of them. She still kept her distance though. Alexis thought the pack was a little off now that Fyiona was gone, she hadn't experienced what happened but it must have been very bad if one of them was dead now. It also felt weird with her being the new one in the pack, and with her just graduating too.

She noticed that the rest of the pack had gotten up and she stood up as well. Alexis followed Naomi, Hoover, and Colby still behind them, as they approached the girl. She lowered her head and looked directly at the girl who was in front of them. She sniffed the air around her slowly and kept her head lowered.

Avril saw the wolves getting close to her; she thought about going away but instead stayed there confused. “What are you guys doing?” she asked in a soft curious voice, Avril ended up staying there letting the wolves do what they want with her. She didn’t care what they would do, as long as she tries to survive.

She told the wolves “Just come to me do whatever you want I don’t care.” Avril’s bruises would still hurt when touched by herself or other people. Avril sighed looking at the wolves approaching her as she stood in the same spot.

Naomi licked her chops, looking over at Hoover, who had a sadistic gleam in his eye- he wanted to bite this girl. They could do so and then in the morning decide if they would keep her as part of the pack- if it seemed she was unwilling, or simply useless, then she would be disposed of, any means necessary. But the pack felt the hole of Fyona and Naomi was ready to expand the pack, thinking maybe if they could get a real pack they would attract more attention..

She began to ask them questions and naomi rolled her eyes while Carlyn shook his head, snickering slightly under his breath. Did she truly think they could communicate back to her? They could understand, sure, but how were they supposed to answer her in a way that she, as a human, could understand? Foolish, foolish girl.

Naomi thought about it for a second and then barked. The other wolves looked up before slowly backing away from the girl, heads bowed. Naomi stepped forward and then looked back at Alexis. Bite her, she commanded. If Lex obeyed, she would have Naomi's trust. This was not something taken lightly- the bond between biter and victim was strange and hard to break. Naomi stepped aside.

Alexis looked up at Naomi and the rest of the pack. Me? she asked softly. She wanted Alexis to bite the girl? But everyone else was more qualified than her. Alexis gulped and stepped forward, as everyone else moved away from the girl. She couldn't mess this up, she knew that, and she remembered when she was turned. But she had never seen her biter again after that happened.

She inched closer to the girl, baring her teeth as she did, and she let out a low growl. She began to run and she jumped on the girl, trying to pin her arms down. She snarled and glanced back at the pack. She looked back at the girl and lowered her head to the girl's neck. She opened her mouth and bit down hard sinking her teeth into the girl's skin.

A wolf forced Avril to the ground and bit her, she realized she survived and she couldn't move because she was so shock and realized she was bitten for an unknown reason. Avril started to move a bit but not as much.

Avril got up after a few minutes, and looked around while she was on the ground and remembered she was in a wilderness, her bruises were hurting a bit, so she asked the wolves "Do you guy have anything to make bruises stop hurting?" When Avil completely got up from the ground she looked around in the wilderness, in a curious way.

((Boring I know.))
