Khaat's office

Khaat had been given temporary use of an empty office just down the hall from the charms classroom. She conjured decorations for it and made it liveable. She had put a pair of red tapestry drapes on the long, leaded glass windows to brighten the stark stone walls. She added a large, wooden desk that had a rough hewn country look to it. She added a pair of red and white plaid wing chairs by the fireplace and a small red sofa--all very comfortable--and a couple of end tables. All the lamps were stained glass, like home. She added a red oriental rug that had pictures of birds and animals woven into the pattern. She believed that teachers offices needed to be casual, comfortable places in order for students to be able to be comfortable talking to the teacher. Her last touch was a tall, sturdy wooden perch for Archangel right beside her desk.
