Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

"Not many friends..." he muttered in response turning light red. He didn't like admitting that.
"So...what are you up to?" he asked, changing the subject.

"Just taking a break from my prefect duties. Don't tell anyone." She said to him. She looked up at his things. "You don't have alot of things that you bring to school do you?" She asked him, wondering why this was.

"No, I don't, I actually keep most of my things at school in the Room of Requirement," he explained, not bothering to worry about secrecy since they were both in the DA.
"Like weapons and stuff, I still go on my night time prowlings at school, you won't detention me, will you?" VG was suddenly scared.

"No I won't, you don't have to worry with me like you have to with some. I know what its like to have to sneak around just to be able to do stuff. Remember I'm with a Slytherin." She said to him then winked. "So are you planing on having a good year this year?" She asked him, hoping he would.

Sighing, VG shrugged.
"Probably gonna be like every year, at least this year I'll have some friends," he replied, cracking a rare small smile at her.

Samantha smiled as he did, then looked out the window. "Well I should be going. I might stop in after I'm done petroling just to say hi again, before we have to get off." she said to him, then got up, waved bye, and opened the door and walked down the hallway.

"See ya!" Varod told her brightly. Her coming in had cheered him up quite a bit.
He opened a Deltora book and started to read it.

Abbey Dawn wrote:"I love Hogwarts!" Abbey said to Rose. "I know what you mean, about not being sorted into the same house as your family." Abbey was glad she and Rose had something in common. "My dad was upset at first, but then he realized it wasn't such a shocker. I am the black sheep of the family!" she said, laughing.

Albus too, had been sorted into a completely different house to the rest of his family. "Same here," he said. "Every single member of my family went to Gryffindor. And I''m in Slytherin.." His family hadn't teased him about it too much, but his brother did sometimes, while he could tell his mother was disappointed.

Ace was BORED. Never before did he have to suffer the indignity of sitting alone in an EMPTY compartment on a train chock FULL of kids. James felt sometimes that he didn't relate with the rest of the children. He'd seen terrible things in his short life, suffered a lot more than the rest, knew a ton of magic because of his days in Durmstrang. The last thing he was wanted was to be stuck into a house of geniuses who were all eccentric in their own little ways. Ace pulled off his right glove and inspected his alchemic arm. The fingers was a bit worn from the Battle. They clinked slightly as he began to readjust the mineral-based digits. Some cracked right into place, but the rest had to be altered alchemically. The train was moved at a steady pace, but Ace didn't want to screw up with the circles. He settled into his seat, and let the lazy inklings of sleep overtake him.

Lily was looking for an empty apartment but everything seems to be full. She sighted and continued to look as she was walking down the hall. She quickly looked into one of the apartments as she passed it and saw her brother Albus. "Oh, Albus, hey. Can I sit here? Everything else seems to be full" said Lily smiling
