Lily sighed. She knew Daniel's won't understand the realtionship between her and Nathaniel, let alone prove it. She hoped that at least Rose would understand. She turned to Rose. "Rose...please tell me you understand, don't you?" she asked.

(((OOC: Sorry I haven't posted in forever, I haven't been at the use of a computer!)))

Abbey was happy that Albus and his sister, Lily, weren't fighting anymore. She smiled. Abbey was bored. She took out the book she had in the back pocket of her jeans. It was her favorite, Pride and Prejudice, by Jane Austen. She flipped open to where the corner was folded back, and began reading a paragraph. Her love of muggle classics was another thing that her father had never been happy about. But Abbey had always been interested in muggle things. She could feel the stares that Albus and Rose were giving her. She decided to explain what book it was.

Cosette was walking by a group of people, when she noticed one of the girls, a Hufflepuff like herself, but younger, was reading Pride and Prejudice.
"Oh my goodness." She whispered, and walked over. "Hi, I'm Cosette Hale. I saw that you were reading Jane Austen. She is my favorite author. We're in the same house, I think. What's your name?"

"I'm Abbey Dawn." Abbey said. "Third year, and as you said, Hufflepuff." "Nice to meet you!" The girl, Cosette, said. "I'm a pureblood, but I've always been interested in muggle things. What's your favorite by Jane?" Abbey asked. "Oh, I feel so rude, why don't you sit with us? Albus, Rose, is that alright with you?"

While Cosette waited for the others' responses, she answered the Abbey's questions. "Well, I have all seven of her novels, but Pride and Prejudice is definitely brilliantly written. I didn't really like Lady Susan, though, because it was written all as letters, you know? But Sense and Sensibility is quite good, too."

"Agreed!" she said. Abbey thought that she and Cosette would get along well at Hogwarts. "So are you muggle born?" Abbey asked. She felt a bit rude, asking Cosette this question, but she had never heard of a wizard born person who had actually heard of Jane Austen.
