Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Sterling flinched when she growled. He realized with a jolt he was afraid of her. But she was frozen... she couldn't do anything to him. He stepped closer and knelt over her motionless body. "Allana, you're going to listen to me." he said firmly.

Allana felt amusement enter her eyes when she realized he was afraid of her, the look of fear was unmistakable. Even though she couldn't talk she glared up at him another growl escaping her throat.

When she growled again he recoiled. "Stop that! I'm in control right now!" he said, his voice shaking. How could her motionless, defenseless body frighten him so? He exhaled, trying to steady his thoughts. He needed to remember what he had to tell her.

Allana made an even more menacing growl out. It pleased her that her body language was enough to scare him. Enough to make him recoil and snap at her. She couldn't say anything so showing her glare in her eyes and growling was the best she could do to defend herself.

Sterling felt sick to his stomach. He didn't want to talk to her at all anymore, he just wanted to be rid of her. He wished she didn't have to be so threatening even when defenseless. "Allana, I'm going to talk about your parents. Your basing all of your life choices off the choices they made. If you hate them so much, why are you allowing one simple, careless act they made one time so many years ago dictate your entire life?" he asked. He waited for a reaction, maybe a softening of her glare, or a moan instead of a growl...

Allana glared at him. She didn't care what he had to say. So she turned her gaze away from him and stared at the window above his head. She growled again, just as menacing as before. He seemed so scared, served him right for making her defenseless on the floor of the owlery.

Sterling closed his eyes and sighed. "You aren't going to listen to me are you?" he said, a little annoyed. He quickly contained the emotion and just looked at her. He noticed her arms, held tightly to her side because of the curse, but still beautiful. She was bound and motionless... he could do whatever he wanted. He shook his head furiously. Had he really just had that thought? Really? He was absolutely disgusted with himself. He couldn't let her just stay there if she didn't want to.

"Ennervate," he said, and realized how bad of a mistake that was half an instant later. Persephone leaped into his arms... she had powerful legs. Sterling held his cat as the cat's foot knocked his wand on the floor. The only thought that went through his mind was Ohmygod.

Allana jumped to her feet, grabbed his wand and jumped up her wand on him. "Bad mistake."She growled staring at him. She held his wand in the same hand as her hand and pointed them both at him. "Crucio!"She yelled hoping it would hit.

Sterling dodged the spell easily. Anger was a double edged sword, it offered a broad array of Dark spells, but it also caused recklessness and bad form. He threw his cat rudely as he dove for his wand.

Allana yelled out as he flew himself at her. She threw a random curse at him and then turned around to run, tripping over his cat which had attempted to run away. It streaked away before she landed right where it had almost been. Both wands flew out of her hand and skidded away from her across the room. She struggled to her feet determined to get them.
