| {Since Sue is too incompetent..] Character Plots make it easier to RP. This part aint compulsory, but its still useful. So in your Character plot, you tell about your History. Then list off a couple of characters you need. Like Friend, Best friend, rival etc. etc. So a possible Plot might be: There is a teachers section and a students section in here. So if a person wanted to apply for one of those, he/she would tell that he wanted the rank under your post THEN POST HIS/HERS HISTORY (eg: how you two became friends/enemies etc. blah blah)
