What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. "Okay," Khaat agreed. She just didn't seem to be able to sense anything or find anything. Maybe Jess was right. She followed Jess back to the living room and found Dakota and Abbey both craving her attention. She had craved theirs too. She had been gone from them too long for the girls to tolerate.

"Any luck?" Brian asked her softly. She just shook her head softly.

"I know how he works. I know how he operates. I know what he's doing to her while we sit here and do nothing. How can I honestly do that, Brian?"

"Because until we have some lead, its just a needle in a haystack," Brian sighed. "There's nowhere to search right now. We'll do our best, Babe. Come on. Pay attention to your daughters. Get some food. Get that shower you want. Let's do all of that. Then perhaps we will know more."

jess moved to the kitchen and smiled " want a hand?" she asked walking over to Angus as she watched him mprepare the meal " I'll make fresh pots for every one" she aid and made the tea and coffee hoping to be of some use " do you think fresh bakes bread rolls will go down well ?" she asked " I can make the realy quickly " she hopped he would let her as it would give her something to think about other than Chase or Khaat.

"The rolls are a good idea," Angus said. "Go ahead."

Khaat wanted to sit on the floor and play with them. Brian helped her down to the floor and motioned toys over to her to use with the girls. Khaat began to play with them with blocks, and they squealed and giggled and were utterly delighted to have time with Khaat. She watched Brian pick up Kitty and simply sit down and hold her. He felt as drawn to her as if she were his granddaughter. It wasn't that he didn't trust Jess. He did. Fully, but he needed to feel for himself that she was alright. He laid his hand on her tiny forehead and found that she was without even the slightest scratch. Just hungry.

"Jess? Angus? How about a bottle of formula for Kitty, please?" Brian asked. "She's hungry." Khaat looked at Brian. "Chase would want Kitty taken care of, no matter what, Khaat," Brian said softly. "We're gonna do that." She nodded and felt Abbey tapping her hand for her attention.

Jess heard Brian and wlaked out with the bottle in hand " there you go " she said and handed it to him she knew he'd checked her and said nothing knowing it was a fathers duty to make sure for them selves , quickly she ehaded back into the kitchen and continued to make the bread rols roling and kneeding the dough till she took small pices and rolled them individualy placing them on a tray before letting the proove and then after ten minets she brushed them with egg wash and in the oven to cook.
