Welcome to Potter’s Army

Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

And So It Begins Empty And So It Begins

Zada breezed into the Ministry offices as if she owned them. She had chosen a very trim fitting, pencil thin black sheath over which she wore a fitted black blazer, and added black heels and black onyx jewelry on icy cold platinum chains. She barely took notice of the sweet young secretary who was a holdover from Lupin. Eve was her name. Eve Bostwick. He'd hired her. The girl was busy, and that was all Zada cared about. She was a bit of a wild card. She had come from a long line of Death Eaters, Zada had discovered. Zada had interrogated her under very unpleasant conditions for Bostwick. Bostwick was now heavily bruised, but she'd stood up to it. Bostwick was a neutral. She didn't follow, necessarily, in the family line, but she wasnt' openly against Grindlewald either as far as Zada had been able to drag out of her.

Zada walked with authority into the Minister's office, since Grindlewald had not arrived, and found Bostwick had prepared it for the meeting that needed to come. The office was, today, the meeting place for Grindlewald's followers. The room had been enlarged enough to include a large conference table and contemporary leather chairs. She flicked the files into their places in front of each place and laid a stack of more files at the head of the table.

She didn't know if Grindlewald was free enough to make today's meeting or not. He had been massively busy this morning when she had left him. If he could not make it, she was prepared to deal with matters at hand.

She flicked the drapes open to see the freshness of the morning sun against the changing autumn leaves that were ruffliing gently in the crisp cool autumn air. Such a sense of peace that lingered over London. Well, that was about to change, wasn't it? It made her smile. They'd been patient long enough. It was time to strike and get the populace under proper control.

And So It Begins Empty Re: And So It Begins

Post by Alan Wake Sun Sep 25, 2011 1:25 am

The say that Alan Wake appreciated a well organized affair would be an understatement. That said, Grindelwald's takeover was rather... lackluster. The man sighed as he entered the meeting room to see that it had been expanded and outfitted with a number of... modern... conveniences. He sincerely hoped that nothing would happen to the meeting to extend it beyond the two hours he had allotted the affair in his busy schedule. Considering the current occupancy of the room, he had no need to be concerned about extending the generous amount of time he had allotted the organization's organizational gathering.

"Good afternoon, Ms. Forbes. I take it that our host is a bit behind schedule?" he asked, noting the lack of his latest... project. Perhaps the man deserved more than a project status in Alan's mind, but Alan Wake was a man of Alchemy, and had little need to regard anything human as anything more than that. Gellert Grindelwald. New body, old soul. A soul he had so carefully knitted into every fiber, every cell of the man that now sat behind the minister's desk. How... reassuring it was that, even now, Gellert's whole existence was as fragile as his nephew's sense of confidence- always one blow away from total annihilation.
