Betsy rolled her eyes. She really liked Jess and Mariana, and they were a great couple but she didn't want to feel like the third wheel. So she skipped to the other side of the lake to give them privacy. Then she dove in, because she liked to swim.

A thought popped into his head and he summoned an umbrella as half the lake splashed onto them from the shockwave cause by Betsy.

Aha, there was someone else at the lake that wouldn't make Betsy feel like a third wheel. She got out of the lake soaking wet and went over to Darren. She waved at him.
