Basically, people have been having trouble working out their date of birth. Here's a quick guide on how to get the right year.
- Work out your characters age.
Adults, take your current age. If you are in Hogwarts, use your year to determine your age.
*First - 11/12
*Second - 12/13
*Third - 13/14
*Fourth - 14/15
*Fifth - 15/16
*Sixth - 16/17
*Seventh - 17/18
If your birthday has not passed between September 1st and today, you are the first age, if you birthday has passed then you are the second.
- Work out how old your character will be on December 31st 2020.
This is pretty simple. If your birthday has not passed between January 1st 2020 and today, then you add a year onto your age. If your birthday has passed betwen January 1st 2020 and today then you keep your age the same.
- Take the age you now have and look it up on the list below (in the spoiler), the year next to it will be your year of birth.
