The Three Broomsticks

Davina didn't say anything, she was just listening to Samantha and Sophia for a minute. She didn't want to stop them in the middle of their conversation. Typical her. Shying away from people, as usual. She tried to convince herself to say something, it was like a war in her mind. She decided a small reply wouldn't go amiss.
"If you feel comfortable telling us, that is, Sophia," she added on. She didn't want to feel like they were forcing Sophia to tell them anything.

"I didn't mean to sound pushy or anything, you don't have to tell if you don't want to." Samantha said.

Sophia chuckled. "No, I don't mind telling it at all!"said Sophia smiling. "Well, Darren Riddle was one of my best friends until we went to get a prophecy from the Department of Mysteries and he took the prophecy and ran and had death eaters attack us!"said Sophia angrily. "He' was my best friend but I don't know what to thin anymore."said Sophia sighing.

"Wow, I'm sorry I didn't realize. Are you ok now?" Samantha asked.

Davina was shocked at that. She had expected a lot less dramatic story than that. The Death Eaters were one of the most...no, wait, they were probably the most feared organisation. Darren Riddle? Wow. She hadn't known he was a Death Eater. She wondered if the teachers knew what students were Death Eaters. Snapping back into reality, Davina replied to Sophia.
"Oh, gosh, I'm sorry about that." she said, sincerely. It was a typical response, but it was honest. She didn't know what else to say really.
"Are many students Death Eaters?" she asked, curiously. She didn't know how much Sophia knew about the Death Eaters, but it was worth asking, she thought,

Sophia laughed. "Of course there's death eaters in Hogwarts there tons of them but they don't tell anyone!"said Sophia. "I'm ok, things like that just happen and there's nothing you can do about it."said Sophia shrugging. "Danny and Andrian were right, I should have listened to them."said Sophia sighing. "But anyway be careful who your friends with."said Sophia seriously.

"Oh...well I've heard of some students to be Death Eaters. I'm just not sure who." Samantha said.

Sophia nodded. "Well, know some that are death eaters but some I don't I just know there alot of student death eaters because I dueled them alot in battles!" said Sophia.

"Um...so lets talk about something else people are starting to stair at us." "What are you doing today sophia?" Samantha asked.

Davina hadn't said a word the entire time that people were discussing Death Eaters. She found the Death Eaters pretty scary. She hoped that she wouldn't have to encounter many of them. Actually, she hoped she didn't have to encounter any of them. She was already scared of half the students around Hogwarts, knowing that many of them were Death Eaters wasn't exactly going to help her make any new friends.
She was glad when Samantha changed the subject. Hopefully they would talk about a much less serious matter now. She hadn't noticed that a fair few people were staring at them. Uh-oh. Yes, it was definately a good time to change the subject.
"Good idea." she told Samantha when she changed the subject.
