Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

It was that time of year again, snow laid crisp and fairly even upon the ground, as well as upon the little cottage that lays isolated from the rest of the populated world near some wooded area. It was a charming little thing. Though not one that people would readily buy when seen. The outside walls were made of stone, the colors ranging from a light beige to rusty orange. While with the shingles on the roof were the color of a darker rusted orange. It complimented nicely, giving the impression of being quaint and cozy. Yet it's the colors and location that would be the problem for most people. Except for one. That would be Lenora.

The snow laid beautifully on the house glistening with each step that she took. Sighing her breath came out in a white puff as she smiled looking upon her home. Inwardly she loved the place. She had repaired it and tenderly took care of each wood panel to the glass providing the windows. She was proud of her work. Each step bounced her bag on her leg, she was returning from painting the fresh snowfall upon the hills. Her red crocheted heavy coat and black gloves appeared spotless yet on her cheek was a smudge of paint upon her face. She didn't care if there was any or not, it didn't bother her much.

Her pace had slowed down before eventually stopping in front of her home. Her dog Gypsy yapped and played in the snow about her feet. She watched giving a laugh at the funny antics before opening the door to usher her back in the house, even with the snow collected in her fur. closing it back up when Gypsy went in, Lenora stepped back. There where things that inspired her to paint, her house would be one, but she never did. She didn't have to. A cold wind whipped around sending a shiver throughout her body. It's cold. She thought. It's the perfect weather for hot chocolate. Looking about her in case there was some one there, but usually there wasn't.
