And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

A blissful sigh escaped from Julia as she looked out the large bedroom window that looked over a small lake. Though it was March, the weather was quite pleasurable; the sun was shining high in the sky at an astonishing seventy-five degrees with little wind, and white, puffy clouds were scattered throughout the sky. It didn't feel like March, it felt more like June, and Julia couldn't be happier. She loved the warm weather, and going outside. She could live outside if she wanted, but it was far too dirty and dangerous to do so for anybody.

Julia was almost finished unpacking her belongings into her new home. Now that she was graduated from Hogwarts, she decided that it was time to move out of her parents' house and into her own. It was only her in the house, so things got a little lonely at times, not to mention that there were not many decorations up yet, so things were a little bland for the time being. Julia did not want to move into an unnecessarily large and expensive house like her parents would like, but she wanted something big enough for one or two people. Julia stopped for a moment, and coughed a few times. Admittedly, the house was a bit large for one person, and a little on the expensive side, but nothing compared to the mansions her parents were looking at; Julia was too modest for that.

The house was big enough for a small family to live comfortably in, though Julia did not want to start a family for a very long time, she wanted to move into a place that would allow for a few future additions. Truthfully speaking, Julia wanted to be a mother, but she knew she did not have the means available to care for a child; she needed to get a job and start getting her career going. She still didn't know what she wanted to do with the rest of her life, never mind caring for another person all night and day. She knew it was wise to wait, but she couldn't help the urges. But she would have to for now.

Another thought passed through her mind, as she began unpacking the matching towels and washcloths for the bathroom her mother had got her. What was she going to do with her life? She had no idea what she wanted to do for a career. Maybe nursing, or acting, but Julia was indecisive.

As she finished making her bed and hanging up the last painting on the wall, Julia sat on the ottoman at the foot of her bed, her body was aching, and she was feeling very week, she also had a bit of a cough and sore throat- she assumed that these were signs of depression. She had not been out with her friends at all since graduation, and she hadn't seen Scorp for a while. She wasn't sure on their relationship status- were they together? Were they just friends? Friends with benefits? She was clueless. She needed someone to talk to, her friends probably completely forgot about her by now, she needed to tell them that she was still there, before she became even more depressed. Again, Julia let out a sigh, but not one for happiness, one for frustration.

She needed someone.

[haha, my house looks exactly like that. o.o]

With a crack, Scorpius suddenly appeared at his location. Looking around, Scorpius frowned, wondering if he had apparated to the wrong place. He had been expecting a remote location like Malfoy Manor, not a muggle neighborhood. He had turned quite a few heads clearly. It was a bright day, and there were plenty of people around, all of whom seemed quite shocked at seeing a young man suddenly popping out of nowhere. At least he was dressed fine. Scorpius didn't know too much about muggle wear, he much preferred robes, but he still knew how to dress like one - a simple dress shirt with jeans was sufficient to blend in.

Ignoring the people, Scorpius looked down at his paper and then walked towards the right direction, looking at the house numbers as he went. Scorpius hadn't seen or even talked to Julia in a while, but it hadn't been too hard to find out where she lived. Julia was an ex-death eater, and Ne'os insisted that they keep an eye on those who left their ranks. Not that Scorpius would tell her that, he would just come up with some other reason. No doubt the information that she was being followed would freak her out just a bit.

Post-Hogwarts life had not been as great as Scorpius had imagined. Perhaps if he had more freedom, his own house or an apartment even... But instead he spent many weeks just cooped up in Malfoy Manor with his parents, grandparents and all the rest, including Ne'os. Usually he just took part in Death Eater meetings, it wasn't like he could ever have a proper job. But today with the weather so great, he finally managed to muster up the will to go outside for once. Not just that, but he also felt quite lonely. Scorpius had always been very extraverted and outgoing, and he didn't quite feel comfortable locked in with just Susannah for company. But of all his friends he had made at Hogwarts, he only really wanted to meet Julia. The rest had been good for passing time, but nothing else.

He came to a stop as he reached his destination. This was the adress, he thought, frowning as he looked at his paper again. The house was small for a family like Julia's, but too large for Julia to live in alone. Scorpius doubted this was where she actually lived, but he had come this far so he might as well check. He walked up to the door and knocked, fully expecting some muggle woman to come outside.

Julia found herself staring out her window again; the sun was streaming in, and there were a few little birds chirping on a branch next to her window. The sound of the birds playing with each other was comforting, and made her feel less tense. She looked over at the clock on the wall; it was two-thirty, and Julia was still in her pajamas. Sighing, she got up and went to her closet, which was one of the first things Julia took her time to put together and organize. Even with her extensive wardrobe, the closet was still too big for her, she definitely had to go shopping. Julia managed to pull together a cute outfit, though she was discouraged that she had no where to be and no one to see. After she put on her earrings, she went downstairs to make a pot of coffee. It felt like she was just beginning her day, though it was the middle of the afternoon.

Just as she put the coffee grinds in the maker, Julia heard a knock at the door. It startled her, since she was not expecting anyone for the day. She put down the jar of coffee and went to her door. Julia opened the front door, not having a clue as to who it would be. When Julia saw the familiar tall, slender figure and the blond hair dancing in the breeze, she was awestruck. "Scorp!" Julia nearly yelled, instantly pulling him into a hug. "What are you doing here?" She smiled, and gave him a kiss on the cheek- she did not want to kiss his lips, because she was still unsure of what they were. "Come in, I was just making coffee. How did you know that I moved here?" Julia took Scorpius' hand and lead him through her home to the kitchen and poured a cup of coffee. "Would you like some?"

Julia was excited that he was there, and he couldn't have had better timing.
