Shop Ownership & Job Opportunities

In addition to the Ministry, Hogwarts and misc employment
opportunities, you can opt to work at or own a shop in either
Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley, or Hogsmeade. You can own
or work at a canon shop or create a new business. The two
most important canon shops are The Leaky Cauldron and
The Three Broomsticks

Creating a shop

There are three steps to follow in shop creation:

1) Reserve your shop here using the below form - make
sure that your shop is unique otherwise it may be rejected.
Also make sure that it fits with the environments of Diagon
Alley, Knockturn Alley, and/or Hogsmeade.
2) Create your introductory threads - at this point your shop
will have its own subforum in whichever area you have chosen.
Now make your threads introducing the shop and listing your wares.
PM an Admin or repost here and we'll "sticky" them for you so that
they always appear at the top of the board.
3) Check your "stickied" threads regularly - and make sure
that everything there is completely up to date depending on how
often you change what you're selling.

Name: Esme's Specialty Clothing and design
Location: Diagon Alley
Type of Shop: Custom Clothing shop
Brief Description of Shop: In the front windows of the shop there are four mannequins of different sizes and shapes. One very short, one very tall, one plus size and one really skinny, all of them are dressed in beautifully tailored outfits. On the floor next to them are bolts of fabric of every color and of every material known. The inside of the shop there are racks of clothes all separated into sections based on someone's body size. Along the walls are shelves filled to the brim with bolts of fabric all colors in the same area. If you look from one side to the other it would look like a rainbow of color. In the back of the shop there is a raised dias with mirrors in a semi circle around it. There is also two doors that lead to dressing rooms, one side is for men, and the other for women. In the center of the room is a circular desk that holds three registers and has in the middle of it long brass horizonal poles that hold hangars. Then at the side there's a single hook with clear bags hanging behind it.
Those are for the specialty dresses that are made in the store along with white garment bags to protect the dresses.
