What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Alex had a long life ahead of him, he left many behind and his pursue of knowledge was what got him through at times. Despite how he looks, this slytherin was known for his quiet attitude and never coming into contact with other people. He use to show off, like he was better than the other houses but all that changed because of a few simple facts. Which he didn't want to go into at this moment...but the only time that he would enjoy would be to come back to the lake.

He liked the feeling of being around it, it always brought back many memorizes of his old life. Good times, bad times, and times that just were so random. Despite coming here by himself, he was ditching a class today because he didn't want to be seen by other people. Did classes matter to him anymore? They do, but he had other important tasks at hand.

Those would come later, it was not wise to think of them while alone. He was wearing a hood over his head, as he looked out towards the lake. A calm expression on his face, as he drifted a hand over the new forming grass. What would today bring him, he wondered as he shifted his gaze towards the sky.

That was it then.. She'd tried everything she could, everything that could be done to find her sister but she just couldn't be found. She left the castle in search of her sister, hating that everyone else could go looking for her while she had to stay in there, trapped, feeling helpless because everyone thought it was too dangerous for her to go out. Everyone thought that if she went out to look for her, she would be kidnapped next and that was the Death Eater's main goal with taking Naomi away.

They knew that she would eventually go out to look for her and while she also knew that that was exactly what they were hoping, she still did it. She had hoped to get caught, to be able to be taken to her sister, but it hadn't happened. But two things had happened to her in the time she was gone. She had encountered Felix Barker again.. though he wasn't the same sicko that he had been before. He was a mere shell of the man who had tortured her the previous year. But something about him still scared her. No, not scared, it terrified her.

That wasn't the worst thing that had happened though, or that could have happened. She had actually taken a bit of pleasure in seeing him the way he was now. He was nothing, no one. She had basked in the pleasure, even after leaving him, but it hadn't lasted long before the other thing had happened that took all that joy and happiness away. She had seen Naomi.. But it wasn't her. It couldn't have been her sister, it wasn't the sweet, innocent girl she had known as her sister. She was different.

"N-Naomi..?"

"Hi Hit."

The smirk on Naomi's face wasn't like her. It seemed to reach from ear to ear and it had a strange look to it as her narrowed eyes stared at Hitame with something resembling hatred in them.

"Naomi.. W-what's wrong with you..?"

"Wrong with me? Nothing. I'm the same as I was before."

"No.. No you aren't. You're different. What happened to you? What did those bastards do to you..?"

"What did
they do to me? Don't you mean what did you do?"

"What I did.. What did I do Naomi? I haven't done anything.."

"Exactly! You didn't do anything, you haven't done anything! You never came to get me! You always promised that I'd never be in danger with you.. That you'd always be there for me, to protect me! But you didn't. You didn't do anything!"

"Stop Naomi.. STOP. I've done everything I can to find you! If I wasn't doing anything, wouldn't I still be at the bloody school?! But I'm not! I'm out here, I'm looking for you! And now that I found you.. I wish I hadn't."

"Oh? And why not?"

"Because you aren't Naomi. Not the one I knew."

An ice cold laugh escaped from the lips of the girl who was no longer her sister and Hitame couldn't even look at her. She decided right then that she had nothing else to do there. She was done. Naomi was dead. That was the explanation she was going to give everyone and she wouldn't give any more information to anyone about the subject. She would pretend she was mourning, which she technically would be, that way no one would want to bother her.

She returned to the school shortly after her encounter with Naomi and she didn't talk to anyone. She knew she was in trouble for leaving, but she didn't care anymore at that point. Tears fell from her eyes, rolling down her cheeks as she made her way to her dorm and she settled into her bed, covering her entire body with a blanket, hoping no one would try to talk to her anymore before she drifted to sleep.

Now she stood at the Entrance Hall, looking out at the grounds, wondering what she was supposed to do. Her eyes were puffy and red from crying, and she didn't feel like getting up from bed but she did anyways. Life had to go on. She couldn't let something like this stop her. Sophia had been through the same thing, though her sister had actually died. Sophia.. She had to tell her about what happened.. But she'd probably be pissed that she left the school grounds without permission. She sighed and moved from where she was leaning to walk down the sloping ground to the lake. Maybe she'd be able to think clearly there.

When she reached it, her eyes fell on a familiar figure. Her eyes narrowed and she curled her hands into fists. It was his fault. Naomi's face flashed in her head, both before she was kidnapped and after, and she felt tears well up in her eyes again. She stood for a moment, watching him, before she gathered her strength and walked toward him. "Alex!" she called out, her voice lined with anger and hatred. "This is all your fault!" she spat at him. Standing a couple feet away from him, fighting back the tears that threatened to fall. She refused to cry again. Not again. Not in front of him.

Alex was going to take a nap, when he feel another presence around him. He could feel the foot steps of a person on the ground, but when he heard the voice. He froze in place because it was her...as he turned towards the voice.

He stood up from his place on the floor and looked at her walk up to him. She had changed...so has it, it was only natural that he they would change because of the time they spend apart. Mostly avoiding each other, he noticed that her eyes were puffy and red. She had been crying, but he stood his ground.

She had said that it was his fault, he could only assume it was from her sister. She was taken, she was lost and hidden away from them all. This was one of his tasks that he was working on with his instructor...She was filled with hate and anger towards him.

Yet, he didn't want to give away his secrets to her. His instructor had told him not too, but one thing was for sure. He wanted to comfort her, his old feelings were still there and how he wanted her to forgive him.

"My fault? What the hell are you talking about, Hitame. Always looking to blame others for your problems aren't you, such a Gryffindor thing to do!" He was said, trying to lure her into a fight....to get out her true feelings.

"That's nothing a Gryffindor would do! Those are stupid Slytherin things!" She spat at him, hoping to get him to react to her. "And you know it's your fault! You took her, you got her captured!" She didn't want to cry anymore but he felt the tears welling up, blurring her vision. She wasn't going to cry, she decided, as she blinked her tears back and continued to look at Alex with hatred in her eyes.

She wanted him to go away. To just disappear and never come back. He was the reason Naomi was the way she was now. She was almost.. Evil now and she didn't know what to do to change her back to the way he was. She wasn't sure there was anything she could do anymore. Naomi was just completely different and the more she thought about it, the more she wanted to kill the boy that stood in front of her.

"I hate you." The words hissed through her teeth. She wanted him gone, completely gone.

"Because of you.. Naomi isn't the same anymore. You have her to the Death Eaters and killed her. Killed the old her.. And you killed me in the process." She stated, her eyes darkening until they seemed almost black. There was almost no life in her eyes and it seemed like she was just an empty shell. Which was what she was basically.

"I wish you were dead." She hissed.

He didn't react to her claim, it was a slytherin thing to do. Yet, he was getting a reaction from her now and it was starting to hurt. This wasn't his fault, it was his former group and teachers. He blinked at her normally, like he wasn't phased at all from her comments.

He felt his fist clench tightly, as she started to grow bolder. This was getting on his nerves, than the words that she had said to him had punched his heart the wrong way. What could he do to shut her up.....Damn it all!

"Hate me? Please it's nothing new to me. You have to come up with something better than that, Hitame."

When her next words had processed into his brain, his eyes went blood shot. He was the cause, he had killed her on the inside.....but this wasn't his fault. She was looking at him, her eyes were dark and she was empty inside. She felt like him before he had changed himself. His eyes started to grow just as dark as hers.

"You want me dead? Maybe I should get rid of myself, all I have been is a burdened to you,but you only wish me dead, why would you wish....." He said darkly, trying to see how she would react to his words.

"You act as though I don't mean it." She told him. Before she might not have meant it but now, she hated him more than anything else. He was the reason her sister was the way she was now. He was the reason she was gone, that she had sided with the Death Eaters now. There was no way Hitame would be able to get her back and she didn't know what she was supposed to do without her sister.

She spent most of her childhood taking care of her sister, protecting her from anything that could hurt her. And then he came and just managed to take her away from her. Sophia was always right, she had been right about Alex. She had always had a reason to not trust him and Hitame had ignored her warnings about him. So it wasn't just his fault that Naomi was gone. It was hers too, and she admitted it. But he wasn't going to take all the blame when it wasn't completely her fault.

Normally hen he spoke about getting rid of himself, she would immedaitely stop fighting with him and convince him that it wasn't the right thing to do. But at this point she just didn't care. She wanted him gone, she wanted him to leave her life... She just wanted Naomi back.. Her eyes narrowed and she looked at him coldly. "Do what you want." She said in a full, almost lifeless voice.

"I don't care about what you do. As long as you never come back." She broke her gaze from him and turned around. She didn't want to be there anymore. "I hope you decide to do it."
