Murder!

So I am not entirely enjoying roleplaying with Charlotte, I am not feeling the character much. Well, I see her as a full character but I am not enjoying role-playing as the harsh, cold type of person so was discussing with Kitty and yep! She's being killed off by none other than Katrina-Carlotta!

So we were discussing that Charlotte, being a death eater, maybe gets caught, found out or is focussing with someone and they over hear her talking about death eater plans, she is arrested and supplies names (like Igor Karkaroff did) to get a pass from going to Azkaban. Of course Kat-Car finds out and then tracks her down and kills her! Dun dun dun!!

Anyone want to be involved? Plus if you are a death eater and don't want your characters name mentioned. I guess the ones who are already known by the ministry won't mind being mentioned, maybe a few others could get mentioned and they get out of it or could create a hiding plot for other characters.
OR Charlotte could say she will provide names as a way to get out and then they keep her in a holding cell but she escapes and intends to go on the run but Rivah tells Kat-Car (she could jaw been at the hearing) and so Kat-Car goes after her anyway to be on the safe side.
Not sure how the legal side would work...
Unless anyone has any other ideas as to killing Charlotte Topez?

I have an idea.

She threatens to give names. Jude panics, as he's knew, and lets Kat-Car know when Charlotte is being transported and makes sure security is minimal. That'd give Kat-Car her opportunity.

Why not do it publicly? Like during one of Charlotte's quidditch games.

Maybe Charlotte gives names and is let off then maybe Kat-Car stops by Charlottes house and Charlotte manages to escape but her house is in ruins and stays at someone's house in hiding from Kat-Car
But at the quidditch match that Charlotte is really scared about going to in case Kat-Car turns up Kat-Car turns up and BAM dead?

I think I agree with Jackles on this one. How about this:

It's Rivah that Charlotte is talking to when overhead/outed but she escapes with face unseen. Trials never happen that-day as things must be arranged, so she's put in a holding cell for a few days. Someone from the Ministry (her lawyer, perhaps) talks to her during this time, and she says that she's going to give names. Jude hears this as he totally has the place bugged (or whatever, you pick Jackles) and panics. Just as he's going to warn Kat-Car, Charlotte escapes. Kat-Car tracks down Charlotte. Charlotte's corpse is found in the Ministry's atrium the next day.  

I think that combined a few different ideas...

I like it. I can't see them being irresponsible enough to let her walk with that info.

Thanksies. Naw, Kat-Car would be too worried about her getting caught again and telling. And then there's, "once a traitor, always a traitor."

Besides, RJ does need Charlotte dead. XD

The only thing is I don't see how she will be able to break out as there will be a dementor guarding the over night cells and she would gave her wand confiscated most likely... She can't conjure a patronus charm, seeing as she is a dark witch she never felt much need for it - nor does she have an ability.

Unless!! She is asked to kill someone and she gets a bit cold feet and tries to back out of whatever? But then she would side with whoever is the biggest threat, which would be the death eaters and I could see her killing someone to be honest.

I like the idea of her body being found in the atrium the next day!!

Unless!!! She pays bail as she has crap loads of cash and pays to not stay the night there or pays to have a deluxe cell made up for her and during the transfer of cells Kat-Car pounces and chases her to the atrium?

I have a solution, ahah!

Elijah is a closet Death Eater and he needs Jude. He also needs the other slippery Death Eaters that are bumbling round the Ministry. It puts the Rookwoods at risk as well as every other, nigh on, Pureblood family. He likes open secrets much better than he does open knowledge.

Obviously the knowledge cannot be made public, prior to or during the trial. So, he tells her they're dropping all charges and lets her on her merry way, perhaps?

Then Kat-Car can go all beautiful-murderous-rampaging-avec-dragon-murder on her arse. :3

Can Cordella get the blame? I kind of want to muck things up for her. Make her a little bit darker. I was thinking she could stumble upon the event, be hexed for her troubles and her wand used to finish Charlotte off. She's an easy fall guy. An easy person to put away for it so our corrupt Ministry officials can forget about the whole torrid affair.

Just a thought. Kat-Car could get off with it quite swimmingly that way.
