Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

TV Shows - The good, the bad and the ugly! Empty TV Shows - The good, the bad and the ugly!

Ok. I need a new TV show to watch. So I've decided to make a topic on it.

Everyone will obviously have different opinions and such. But yeah. Plus we need to discuss more things. Because PA is full of awesome people so we should chat even more to increase our awesome levels.

Ones I like: Gilmore Girls, Friends, Numb3rs, Veronica Mars, House, Bones...probably more I've forgotten.

Can't think of any bad ones, though I know they exist.

Go forth and discuss!

If you like Friends you should check out How I Met Your Mother. Similar in that they are a group of friends. My personal favorite shows are The Office ( US ), Community, Lost, Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and Game of Thrones.

Brian: Yeah, I've seen random episodes here and there. Seems good, may have to watch it! After exams, of course...

What is with the Office ugliness?? I've never seen it, but I've generally only heard good things about it. The UK one in the UK, anyhow. Americans don't often get our sense of humour :/.

I loooooved The UK Office, and I'm American. I prefer it actually. It had a shorter run and it was more inappropriate, but it was much more organic. The US, I think, peaked and kept going. They also didn't really stick with the documentary pretense.

I love Adventure Time, Cec! I watch it with my five year old cousin. He's too young to understand the references, so it ends up being entertaining for both of us.
