Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The Forest of Dean. The name struck a poetic fancy in Ellie, for many things rhymed with Dean. Bean, grean, seen, keen, lean, mean... She would write a song when this adventure was done. Thoughtfully, she summoned a notebook and quill and held them at the ready in case her muse would strike her in a more definitive sense.

Foster graciously pointed out the path and, to mock his gracious tone, she put on an affected voice and said, "We shall, dearest Lord Murison." She wrapped her arm in his and took off at a gentle stroll. "The tea was nice today, was it not? And the weather is pleasantly desirable for such an exursion." Jane Austen was fuelling her conversation now. "Pray tell, what be your plans for the summer months?"

Foster blinked as he stared at Ellie. Sometimes he wondered what went on in her head, he could tell there were some fun things going on in there. Still, he wasn't going to judge, after all there were times when he was certain that she was thinking the same thing about him and probably Judd. They were all weirdos, there was no doubt about that. But they got along well because of that, so it was okay.

Deciding to join her in whatever it was she was doing, Foster smiled. "My summer has nothing of importance going on as of now." he said with whatever accent it was he tried to imitate. "Might just be a summer in the company of you and Judd. 'Tis all most likely. And possibly a job if Mum decides to send me off on that adventure." he added, laughing slightly.

"Nothing of importance!" Ellie softly exclaimed, continuing the conversation in the thread she had introduced. "I am insulted, sir, for here we are, strolling through the woods, and if a woman may presume anything of herself, it is that any time spent with her is of the highest importance! Nothing of importance... Shame on you, Lord Murison, for dealing such a heavy insult."

She shook her head, trying to hold back the huge smile on her face. "Well, a young profession is as noble as any. Just work hard and all will be- OH MY MERLIN, A TURTLE!" She ripped herself from her friend and took off running up the path until she reached the giant tortoise that was attempting to cross the path as quickly as possible. She turned around and waved her arms. "DO YOU SEE THIS?!"
