Finding a cure?
Welcome to Potter’s Army

Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

Finding a cure? Li9olo10

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Well, I'd say that we can be allowed to mess around, and think of ways to cure the illness. But I think the actual finding of the cure would be left to someone who actually has experience i.e an experienced Healer.

But there is no harm done in looking around, I suppose ... unless something explodes in your face ... which I doubt will happen.

(Also I think Yumi would be interested in helping with that. She is working to become a healer after all ... Or Atticus ... hmm)

Monroe, part of the design of the plot is to have everyone either having the plague, to have family members who are ill enough that it causes some opportunities for some good personal plotting, such as in the search for either a cure or for possible remedies, etc. We actually want everyone either having the illness or looking for a cure. That is precisely what is supposed to happen.

Ideally, the cure would be found by an experienced healer or potionsmaster with a team supporting him or her in the research process to create some sitewide participation.

Does that help clarify what the idea is?

Awwwww, Khaat, you replied right when I changed accounts.

It does clear it up, but I had a totally different idea for Monroe! I might PM you.
