Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Ambrosa missed school. She missed Hogwarts, the people, the ghosts, the school itself. It was just surprising that she cared about school so much to miss it. It was still a month before the school started and Amb decided to go to Hogsmeade, to just get the taste of her beloved school.
Ambrosa got up early on that Saturday morning. She slipped into a pair of shorts that made her legs look even longer and a shirt with a Mickey Mouse print on it. She put her feet into a pair of blue convers and then walked out of her room. Am walked down the stairs to the kitchen where her mother, father and sister were having breakfast. Buongiorno! she greeted her family in italian, kissed her mother on the cheek and hugged her father and sister. Ambrosa put a toast and on her plate and reached over for the honey. She put some honey on to her toast and bit onto it. To come with it, her father had bought some muggle orange juice, because he knew that the whole family loved it.

As she was done eating, Ambrosa asked her mother if she could use the floo network do go to her shop in Hogsmeade so that she could take a walk there. Her mother smiled and nodded and five minutes later, Ambrosa was walking on the streets of Hogsmeade. The weather was really good. It was her favorite really - sunny and warm. As she walked down the street she saw a couple of people who she knew but she never stopped to talk with them. Soon enough she reached the Three Broomsticks. Deciding she could drink a butterbear, Ambrosa walked in. It was rearly empty. As she walked to the counter, the very old Madam Rosmerta walked up to her to take her order. Ambrosa smiled, made a small talk with the woman, then ordered her butterbear and as she got it she took a place near the window where she could see Hogwarts from. She sighted and wished that the summer vacation was going pass by faster... As she heard the door open she looked towards the person cooming in . Jake Collins. She smiled and waved at him.

"What are you gonna do? The odds are stacked against you. Back against the wall, you gotta give it your all. This is the final stand, the powers in your hand!"

Jake woke up that morning at around 9:30 to this song. His little sister Mayleen was watching a show that her muggle friends showed her. When Jake was a little younger he used to watch a show similar to it, but now he didn't really have much interest in them. Still he got out of bed and went to the living room, to watch the show with his sister. When he got down there she was singing the ending of the song.

"Two worlds collide, on the inside. You gotta fight for what's right, before it's gone, gone, gone. This is Bakugan!" when the song ended she sat down on the couch, unaware that Jake was leaning on the wall, watching her sing. "You know, you have a great voice. Why don't you ever sing in public?" he asked her. She shrugged, but Jake already knew why. She had stage fright, but he wondered why she never even tried to overcome it. He shrugged along with her and laughed. Before she could ask what he was laughing about, he turned and walked out of the living room to go into the kitchen, where his mum had his breakfast ready.

He ate it quickly, not really hungry, and he was about to leave when his sister asked if he could drop her off at her friend's house. He knew she really meant her boyfriend's house, but their parents didn't know about him. He shrugged and said yes. After he dropped her off he decided to go to Hogsmeade. He apparated there and almost immediately he looked toward Hogwarts. He missed the school, and it made him truely sad to see how it ended up after the battle. Maybe he should have signed up to help re-build it, but he wouldn't have had much time to help.

He quickly looked away from the school, and walked into the Three Broomsticks. As he walked in he saw someone wave at him. He knew the girl, but her name escaped his memory for the moment, so he just waved back. He ordered a butterbeer and walked toward the table where the girl was seated.

As Ambrosa saw Hogwarts she couldn't help but smile. So many memories, so much joy... And it was so ruined right now. After the battle, the school really looked horrible and as soon as Am found out that she could volunteer for the remake of the school, she signed up for it. The school was her true home, her true love. If there was a way she could help she would do it. Always for her school.

Hogsmead too had so many memories for her. She remember ther first weekend in Hogsmead in her third year in hogwarts. It was really exciting and she felt really grown up because she had this new privilege. Am shook her head with a smile on her face. Gosh she was going to miss the school. It was going to be her last year in Hogwarts now, so she really was going to miss it.

As Jake Collins walked in the three broomsticks, Ambrosa smiled. He ordered a butterbear and the walked up to her table. Hello, Jake Ambrosa smiled. How have you been? she asked.
