How many of you were confused by the title? xD.
Anyways, the point of this topic:

Basically, this is to try and stop members going inactive. 'Cause it sucks. Obviously, we can't stop real life reasons, but what we can do is find online reasons.
Reasons people stay:
* People - the main reason. See below.
* Ranks - If they have a position of power, like head of something.
* Fun - They have to like it here!
People:
Ok, I've been doing some basic analysis (hence the title) to predict who's likely to go inactive next, due to their friendships with others & the number of people they roleplay with.
James Potter - already going inactive, I reckon Nikki is the only one keeping him on here unless we act fast
Lily Potter - only RPs in class, with Daniel (aka Andy) and occasionally Gryffindor places. If Daniel dumps her she'll be gone unless she RPs with some other people.
Addy - only RPs classes and in her common room (one thread) with about one exception, her Professor should talk to other teachers (I'll do that
) and Addy needs to be in more student things.
Aminia - Professor only RPing in classes (again, I'll help) and her student is in classes and Slytherin common room (one thread).
Basically, PM them asking to RP and such. (Another note, Kya isn't RPing with Slythies much and Samantha not with Huffles much, maybe some house RPing would be nice.)
Ranks:
Not much to say here, apart from the fact that I doubt Ne'os wouldn't stick around if he wasn't head DE but he is so it's fine.
Fun:
Exams are necessary, but not fun. See other topic that I'm about to make for idas and such, but we need activities. Not necessarily plot-moving-on things but just things the member will like and make them participate in more things. Sound good?
