Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Trouble and Anxiety - Page 3 Empty Re: Trouble and Anxiety

Maddison's eyes fluttered open as she felt Mason shaking her gently. Confused, she lifted her head, taking in her surroundings. They were still in the third-floor classroom, the pinkish hue of sunset streaming in through the window. She could feel Mason's arms wrapped tightly around her, keeping her safe.

"Oh," she said, her voice thick with sleep. "Where are we?"

Mason's gentle touch brought her back to reality, and she realized how much time had passed since they had entered the empty classroom. She glanced out of the window, noticing the darkness creeping in.

"We need to get you downstairs," she said, regret lacing her voice. "I'm sorry for keeping you up here for so long."

With a slight groan, Maddison disentangled herself from Mason's embrace, stretching her cramped limbs. She knew that they couldn't afford to linger any longer in the deserted classroom. It was time to head back down to reality.

Mason looked at the disorinated Maddie and just chuckled. It was an interesting scene to see for sure. He did let her adjust to her surroundings again. Mason ended up just nodding his head. To be honest there wasn't much to say here right now.

"Yes, we should began to head down there," he said with a small smile on his face. Even if he didn't really want to go but he couldn't afford to get in to any trouble. "Don't worry it's all good. I'm not that sleepy yet," he said and helped her up to her feet now. Also soon after that he did stretch his own limps too, to be honest those were bit cramped too. He had been sitting on spot for awhile too.

"Let's head back down there," he said and was ready to go when Mads was. He ended up offering his hand to her now.

Maddie shifted her weight from one foot to the other as Mason rose from his seated position, extending his arms in a satisfying stretch. The hard, unforgiving stone floor they had been perched on for what felt like hours could not have been comfortable. Maddie couldn't help but feel guilty for dozing off. "Sorry," she apologized once more.

Mason offered his hand to her, and she gratefully accepted, intertwining her fingers with his as they descended the seemingly endless four flights of stairs. Despite her silent remorse, she found solace in their shared acknowledgement that the discomfort of their previous position had been too much to bear.

Mason knew that her body was a bit stiff now but he didn't mind it. "It's all okay, as long as you are okay," he said with a smile on his face. He really meant it.

He smiled when their hands were now intertwined together. He began then walked towards her common room once again. It was time to say good bye once again. Well more likely good night and see others next morning again.

As they walked in silence towards the Hufflepuff common room, Maddison couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment. She looked up at Mason and smiled, knowing that she had someone like him in her life. But as they approached the entrance to the common room, Maddison realized that it was time to say goodbye - or rather, goodnight. She didn't want to make it final.

"Good night, Mase," Maddison whispered softly, turning to kiss him gently on the cheek. "Thank you for being there for me today." She knew that words would never be enough to express how grateful she was for him, but she hoped that the gesture would convey her feelings. With one last smile, she turned and made her way into the common room, feeling a sense of warmth in her heart.
