Godric listened to her about her boyfriend, and took not of the important bits. His future plan was close to what Godric's own was, so that gave him a few brownie points. He could tell his cousin was getting agrivated with his line of questions, but he needed to be sure she was in good hands. No, he wasn't happy about her decision, but as he said, he would be in her corner no matter the outcome. That was what it meant to be someone Godric cared about. Right or wrong, he stood by you. Granted, he would tell you if he disagreed with what you had planed.
When she got on about the family he simply scoffed. "I'm well aware of what Uncle wants. I've told him a thousand and one times that isn't who you are or what is going to transpire. No, I want to see you in a position worthy of you, and there is only one or two. I want you to fulfill your truest potential dearest cousin." He said this all with out a smirk, with out any sort of impish delight. His only hope for her was that she wouldn't squander her potential or waste it on unworthy endeavors. So far, he was ill impressed with the track this boy was setting her on.
"Besides, there is still some time for us to decide what we want. Hogwarts might not be as," he took a breath to try to find the proper wording, "focused, as our previous schools. But however, it does have some merit to it."
