[i]Coping with Sadness Club[/i]

This is a meeting where girls and boys all over PA are coping with sadness and would like to talk about it. This sadness could be caused from death/loss of family or friend or just feeling down in the dumps.

I'm Nikki Granger and I will be the Head of Coping with Sadness Club.

Earlier this year I've lost two grandparents. They were the only ones as I don't have a father. The first one was a shock, it was my grandpa. It was a swimming carnival, a very happy day. Then I come home all tired, and after that phone rang mum comes in my room crying and blubbered "Pa's dead" I just felt like I had stopped breathing. That was sad.
My grandma sort of died from stroke. She had a stroke and lived for about a week before nature took its course. I was happier that she died rather than suffering in hospital knowing no one and not eating.

That's my introduction for HoCwSC, please join and make someone smile.

1st Topic: My Boyfriend/Girlfriend dumped me

Ok, so yeah first you'll feel rejection, anger and sadness. The other week or so I was dumped, and I faced all of these emotions. I felt like no one loved me, I felt alone...and mostly sad. I did things to get my mind of 'him.' I did homework, surfed the internet and watched television. And now, he and I are just good friends. So, do things to take your mind of him/her.

• Try being around people who are funny and are able to put positive thoughts in your head.
  
• If you are experiance painful and hurtful emotion every time you see them. It'll be best if you stay away from them until you are ready to have a good friendship and will not have to go through pain and if you are over them

Ok Im not trying to be offensive or anything, I just think we dont need advice on how to cope with sadness. Kind of pointless
