And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

Life as we knew it, will never be the same! Empty Life as we knew it, will never be the same!

Maura couldn't take it any more, she needed to get away from everything that was going on recently. It was all her driving her mad to see her friends getting paired off like they were a pair of monkeys at the zoo.  Just seemed like yesterday they were a bunch of kids just having fun and enjoying life, now her best friend was married and she was pregnant with Ryo's child. Not that she minded it though, it was the best thing that happened to her dispite the whole stupid marriage law.   Maura thought this was the stupidest thing in the world, people should be able to choose who they love and want to marry not the law!

The pass few months has went from bad to worse for Maura and her friends, but they always somehow to mange to bounce right back.   I guess it served to prove how strong her and her friends really were.   After everything that happened with Shane with losing his memory, it really made them stronger friends.   Although alot of people knew about Maura's little accident with the warts that landed her week in St. Mungo's because of it.  Although she was glad Ryo didn't find out about it or else he'll be furious about it and probably kill Romeo. It made Maura chuckle at the thought of Ryo going after Romeo.  "Ok... that was mean Mars, but funny!"Maura thought to herself chuckling.

Noticing that she was walking aimlessly around the castle, Maura realized she was by the Entrance Hall without even realizing it.  "Maybe... I'll just go to the greenhouse."Maura thought to herself.  Not many people went there, and it was quiet and calming to Maura for she loved the smell of all the different flowers that was magical and non magical.

Walking down the sloping lawns of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy heading towards the greenhouse.  It didn't take long before she reached the greenhouse and pushed opened the door as the smell of floweres hit her nose making her smile.  Walking towards the back of the greenhouse Maura took a seat on the bench towards the roses.  Taking a rose in her hand she smelled it and smiled.  Maura came here alot when she wanted to be alone and thank about things in life.

Anyone who knew Maura well, knew she spent most of her time here when she wanted to think and be alone. Now here Maura was alone in the back of the greenhouse smelling flowers wishing she was with Ryo. She missed him ore then anything in the world right now, and he was always the one who calmed her when she was upset about things. Maura didn't know why she was so upset alot lately, she guessed everything was changing and she honestly didn't like it. Don't get Maura wrong, she loved changed but she didn't like this kind of change that affected her and her friends so quickly.

Things were getting too out of hand for everyone. At least that's what it seemed like. The marriage law that had been placed wasn't making things easy for anyone. People were being paired off left and right and he didn't think that was right. Everyone had a right to choose who they wanted to marry, not the Ministry. Just like they didn't have the right to choose the gender of the people who they chose.

Ryo hated how the Ministry wanted to have power over something they couldn't. It wasn't fair to everyone. They should be able to choose who they wanted to marry not anyone else. Now he understood how Pureblood children felt when their arranged marriages were revealed to them. He wished he could change the law. He wanted to find a way to get it taken back.

He sighed softly and headed down to the greenhouse after being in the castle all day. This year was supposed to be a good year, another year where Ryo could feel like he was still a student because he was able to be in the castle even though he had graduated the year before. It was supposed to be a year where he could spend more time with Maura because he didn't have to leave the castle.

But since the beginning of the year he hadn't seen her. He'd been hired recently, but it hadn't been as recent as anyone would think. He'd been at the castle for almost a month and a half to two monmths now and he hadn't been able to see Maura. He hadn't told her that he was a professor now and he would be living in the castle. Though he didn't know how she wouldn't have found out already, but that didn't matter.

He'd wanted to surprise her but he hadn't been able to see her at all and he didn't understand why. Still, he remembered that she would be in the greenhouse at some point and he'd been spending some time in there to hopefully see Maura. As he approached the greenhouse, Ryo caught a familiar scent and he smiled. She was there today, perfect.

Sometimes, he loved being a Vampire for this reason. He was able to tell who someone was before he even saw them thanks to his heightened senses. He walked into the greenhouse quietly and stood behind Maura. "Hey.." he said softly as he wrapped his arms around her, hoping he didn't startle her too much.

Feeling a strong pair of arms around her, Maura jumped alittle in fear that it might be Romeo who was after her but she relaxed when she heard Ryo's voice.  What a minute? was she dreaming or something? surely she fallen asleep in the greenhouse and was dreaming.  "Sorry... I thought you were someone else that been after me."said Maura softly.  "Doesn't matter now, all that matters is that your here!"said Maura softly.  "My my gosh, Ryo I missed you so much!"said turning around and hugging him.

Dream or not, she was enjoying this moment she had with Ryo.  "I'm not dreaming am I, this is all real right?"Maura asked looking around. It all felt real to her, but Maura been daydreaming alot lately on seeing Ryo.  Maura couldn't count how many times she been sent to the Headmasters office due to daydreaming or thinking she seen Ryo everywhere she went.  Everywhere she went, she thought she seen him which made her friends think she was starting to go mad.

"Wow... this looks so real, dang it I must of fallen asleep in the greenhouse again!"said Maura chuckling and shaking her head. "Any minute the Headmaster will be in here to wake me up."said Maura knowing how it always went. She always fallen asleep in here, and the headmaster or Professor was always here to wake her up.  Although she couldn't help that she was tired at times, the baby was simply making her tired that was all. Although the Headmaster and Professors knew it, they simply told her try not fall asleep in her classes or in the Greenhouse but she kept on doing it anyways.

It wasn't like she was doing it on purpose, she really tired to keep awake in her classes but it was hard seeing how they were so boring at times. Although they really didn't complain much other then her falling asleep in class, due to her having top marks. Even though she was pregnant, Maura was determined to graduate Hogwarts and become a Healer. Nothing was going to stop her from reaching her goal of being a healer. Although she knew it wouldn't be long until she probably had to quit going to Hogwarts and stay at home, she knew it was coming and honestly she wasn't ready for it. She loved Hogwarts more then anything, it was a second home to her, but she knew she couldn't stay here when she was going to be due in a few months from now.
