Okay, the claim section and the creating your character forum have been reopened, with a few changes.
There is no longer any Feuding Force enlistment. Instead, you will now apply for your faction directly at the Application - which has changed completely. It is still quite simple, however it is a little more thorough about your character now.
As for the rest of the claims section, most threads in which people weren't posting have been sent to the pensieve. The character possession and face claim are now information threads, and you cannot post in them. Instead, you apply for possessions and play-by's directly from the application.
Unfortunately, we haven't exactly figured out how to manage the magical abilities yet, but that should be updated in the next week as well.
I also added a few more jobs, though the majority of them are just titles and don't involve your character too much. The journalist and newspaper editors are an exception to this. We will soon allow members to create their own stories and news for other members to read. This will replace the quibbler. Which us admins can't seem to handle very well.
One more thing, as well as the claim section clean up, the other information area in the Educational Decrees has been cleaned of spelling errors and the pointless threads. There are also some new more informative threads. The Spell Compendium is also finished so check that out now.
