Class 2 -Basic

Keera looked around the greenhouse slowly, scanning the area
for any clocks or watches of any sort. The students had not yet
arrived- there were still a few more minutes until class began- so
she used this time to prepare for the lesson. Keera sighed slowly,
she had to remind herself that she was substituting for a reason
and that any strange behavior during class would cost her this job,
and she couldn’t afford to be banned from Hogwarts.

The over-large boots Keera wore thumped noisily against the wood
floors on which she walked, heading towards the front of the green-
-house. She had never been good at Herbology, so it had been rather
nerve-racking to be told that she would have to put together a lesson
for the students that attended the class. She had thought up very simple
lesson that wouldn’t require much work on her part. Keera pulled out
a chair that was positioned at the head of one of the long tables in the
greenhouse, that was covered in plants and other snapping green cr-
-eatures, and plopped down on the rickety chair. Keera raised her ey-
-ebrows; a lot of the stuff at Hogwarts was in bad condition, she would
have to ask the Headmaster about that, perhaps they were running low
on money- or maybe someone just wasn’t doing their job right. Keera
smirked and kicked her feet up on the table, leaning backwards slightly,
staring out the open greenhouse door as she waited for the little brats
to arrive.
