Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The two hardest words to say Empty The two hardest words to say

Keith sat on the edge of the lake, up on the branch of his favorite tree. He liked it out here. It was peaceful. Looking out over the lake, he sighed and checked his watch, forgetting it didn't actually tell time. He rolled his eyes and check over his shoulder towards the castle. With any luck, she shoul be coming soon...

Keith closed his eyes and exhaled. He had really screwed things up with Alexa. Which completely sucked, because she was cool. For you know, a girl. If Professor Mordecai hadn't acted when he had, they could be...well, Keith didn't know. Who knew such a harmless looking thing could be so dangerous. He sighed again, wondering when she would get here so he could get this stupid apology over with. Maybe his message had been too vague. All it had said was: Lake. 2 o'clock. Please.

Well, hopefully she would be here soon.

Alexa looked at the note one last time. The meaning was clear enough, but who sent it was the question. The handwriting did not give anything away, but even if it gave away who the person was, Alexa would not have recognized it anyway. Well, it was 1:50. Best be going now. Alexa slipped on her golden flats, and a silver vest, heading out of the dorm and down the stairs.

****

It was cool outside. A gentle reeve was blowing, but the sun was helping. A little bit. She could not see anybody out on the grounds, and huffed. It was 1:58. Looks like she was going to have to wait. Well, might as well make the best of it. She walked over to the big tree next to lake the lake, and leaned against the trunk. Not a single ripple interrupted the stillness of the lake, maybe thinking the giant squid would have its head if it did.

Keith grinned as he watched Alexa approach. She didn't seem to notice him, and looked around for a moment before leaning up against the tree he was seated in. So she had decided to come. Good. He didn't really have a plan B, other than camping outside the Gryffindor common room (wherever that was) and waiting for her to come out.

He wrapped his legs around the brach he was sitting on and swung a bit, letting himself hang upside down a few inches above and to the right of Alexa's head. It fit his style. He was the batman. Or maybe spider-man. "Hey."
