"Because you never show that much emotion in your face ever." she said struggling to get up off the ground and follow after him. "Why do you have to be so damn stubborn?" she asked looking at him curiously.

"You're one to talk," Varod retorted, picking up the pace. "The reason I never show emotion is because I hate emotion, it is a weakness. It clouds my judgment, so when I get overwhelmed by my emotions I totally seperate myself," he continued pointedely.

"Whatever." she said looking at him, "If you don't want to talk to me then why'd you even give me that look?" she asked as she turned around, "I'm going back inside before I freeze to death out here. Hey I may even decide that I need a girlfriend instead of a boyfriend while I'm at it." she said sarcastically as she left his sight.

"Heh, have fun, just don't expect me to honor your wishes," Varod replied. "And I might just stay out here until I freeze to death!"
That last one he was dead serious about. Maybe he would stay until he died. It would be a total relief.
He settled against a tree.

"Like you would even freeze to death you're a vampire." she said as she made her way back to the steps where her friend was waiting on her. She wondered what he meant by expecting him to honor her wishes but she wouldn't ask about it. Right now she would just have fun.

Anti walked up to Chisty, unknown to Varod.
"You really hurt him," he said. "You know he might actually try to kill himself? And it would totally be your fault. He's contemplating that right now, and with what you said he might use other means..."

"And he didn't upset me?" she asked looking at Anti. "I tried to be nice and he wouldn't even talk." she said looking at him coldly. "If he wants to kill himself it won't be my fault I did try to talk to him. He just wouldn't talk to me. So what the hell do you expect me to do?"

"To me, you're both in the wrong. But what I want to know is: would you really want him gone? Think about it. All the stuff y'all did together, all the happy moments. Here's what he thinks: he believes you DON'T care about him, so he's going back into his shell."

"Let him believe what he wants." she said looking at him, "Here's the thing, I can't do anything anymore. I'm done playing shrink to everyone when I can't even take care of my self in that aspect. If he were to honestly kill himself I would grieve and then move on like I have had to do everytime someone close to me died. I don't get the chance to think about things like that like everyone else does."
