Duel at Hogsmeade (Ne'os)

Vincent was standing at a dark, empty street at Hogsmeade, leaning against a wall. It seemed like it was near midnight and the small town was getting very quiet. He was on a mission for the death eaters, to hunt the traitor who had killed the dark lord. The filthy vampire Ne'os. Vincent's eyes narrowed at the thought of him, the only people who were worse then muggles were traitors.

As he stood there waiting, Vincent began to wonder how he could stand a chance against this person. He had killed vampires before, but they hadn't been armed with the elder wand! Nevertheless, he had to try.

Ne'os walked around the town investigationg Death eater activity he was armed with his normal elder wand his sword and the Vampire and werewolf hunter things he carried with him. He paused in the street smelling something he shrugged and walked on.

Vincent stopped at the sound of footsteps, he had good hearing, and the person was making no attempt to be quiet. Walking forward quietly, he used a disillusionment charm on himself to make him appear invisible. He looked around and saw the person. Vincent smiled as he recognized the person. Things couldn't get better then this, Ne'os didn't even know he was there. Vincent could just take out his wand, cast a spell and Ne'os would be dead. He wouldn't even have a chance to use his elder wand.

But that wasn't what he wanted to do. He had honor, and there was no point killing someone with their back turned. "Now what would a vampire be doing at Hogsmeade this late at night?" he said loudly, enough for Ne'os to hear.

"well i was hunting for you all but i found you" he said turning imediatly tracking the death eater he could smell him. he aimedh is wand at the spot where he was.

Vincent smiled. "I see your not one for small talks," he said quietly. "However Ne'os, we can make a deal. If you come peacefully, I won't kill you. So how about it?"

"so your friends can torture me and kill me and then take my wand and use it against the world again? not likley" he said.

"Your choice then, emof," Vincent said quietly. He wondered what to do, he couldn't defeat Ne'os in a battle, not when he had the elder wand. But he could try. "Avada Kedavra!" he casted.

ne'os dodged the spell easily he flicked his wand at him thinking, stupefy!

Luckily for him, Vincent knew how powerful the elder wand would be. So he was ready for the spell. "Protego" he though quickly. he blocked the spell, but was still thrown back slightly. Getting up quickly, he thought of a different spell. "Incendio!" he thought, and watched fire erupt from his wand.

ne'os side stepped the spell and flicked his wand again "expeliarmus"
