Welcome to Potter's Army

We have been a Harry Potter Roleplaying site since 2007. If you're an old member we hope you come check out the discord link provided below. And if you're looking for a new roleplaying site, well, we're a little inactive. But every once and a while nostalgia sets in and a few of our alumni members will revisit the old stomping grounds and post together. Remember to stay safe out there. And please feel free to drop a line whenever!

What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Links have been provided in the "Comings and Goings" forum as well as the welcome widget above.

The Gryffindor table Empty The Gryffindor table

Post by Guest Thu Aug 20, 2009 10:58 am

Lily was sitting at the Gryffindor table, next to her friends and talking. The great hall was full of students and the noise got even louder from all the students talking about their summer vacations. Soon a professor would open the door, with all the first years behind her. That made her remember about her first feast and the sorting hat. This memory made her smile.

Daniel walked into the Great Hall, heading toward the Gryffindor Table and through the narrow pathway that both table had provided for him to walk to his table. He walked through the narrow bit of space between the Slytherin and Gryffindor table and spotted Lily Potter sitting in the Gryffindor table with some of her Gryffindor friends, chatting happily about their summer. "Hey Lily" he grinned as his eyes sparkled with excitement, happy to see her again it seem like forever since their last converstation in the summer around by the park in London.

Lily noticed a boy entering the great hall. He was far away and she could only see his brown hair and dark eyes. Then she recognized him. It was Daniel. She smiled at him as he sat down at the Gryffindor table. "Hey, Daniel. I haven't seen you in a while. What have you been up to lately? Anything new happened?" asked Lily smiling

Daniel looked at her, his lips twitching into a smile as he sat down beside her. His eyes still sparkling with excitement and as she asked him a question about what have been going on lately or new happened, considering on this question as he puckered up his mouth to think, reading her expression for a few moment then sighed and smiled at her. "Nope, just boring old, Daniel" he told her and smiled.

Lily giggled and hit his shoulder lightly and playfully. That was so far from the truth. "Oh, that's a lie and you know it!" said Lily giggling. Then she remembered them meeting in London. He showed her his pictures. He had a job as a muggle model. "What about the modeling thing, how's that going? Have you made new pictures? You know you said you will show me if you did" said Lily smiling.

"Oh, yeah" Daniel grinned, glad that Lily had taken an interest in looking at how he was doing in his modeling work. It made him feel a lot more better about his work but the suspenses always killing him everytime he showed his work to her then waiting impatientely for a positive or negative feedback from her. "I got some in my bag in the Gryffindor common room I'll show you some more after the feastivle" he smiled at her softly, his voice so velvet and soft yet there was always a small hint of pain hidden well behind his unemotional expression.

Nathaniel walked in the great hall for the start of the term feast. He looked around. The great hall looked beautiful. This brought back some many memories...Especially the sorting hat. When he was sorted into Gryffindor. It turned to be the best day of his life. He spoted Lily and walked to her. He sat next to her and kissed her softly on the lips. "Hey, love" he said wrapping his hands around her waist.

Daniel eyes darted across the room, stopping at Nathaniel's unexpected arrival, kissing Lily on the lips right in front of him. Normally, his heart would have been racing against his chest but they were dead and old now. He looked at Nathaniel and smiled warmly as he stared blankly at him and Lily, his expression, soft and expressionless. "Hello, you must be Nathaniel" he said, strucking his cold icy finger at her, obviously it was him because there wasn't any other boy that would be kissing her beside her brother Albus which he knew wouldn't dare do anything like that and he knew that Lily wasn't a cheating kind of person.

Nathanie looked at the Gryffindor boy who stuck his hand out to him. He shaked it, and shook a bit from the surprise. His hand was ice cold. He then nodded at him. "Yes, I'm Nathaniel. And you are...?" asked Nate. He did seem familiar and he was sure he knew him from before but he couldn't remeber when and how they met before.

"Daniel M. Valantine but you can call me Danny if it easier for you" Daniel said politely, shaking his hand then noticed the way the boy shook a bit with susprised at the touched of his ice cold hand, bearing his white daggger like teeth at him and his fangs which was enough to show him that he was a vampire without any word said, he watched him carefully waiting for a reaction from him and as he waited he continued the conversation, trying to keep conversational with them. "I've heard a lot about you, Lily speaks about you twenty-four hours, non stop."
