Nick stood straight and tall gazing down at Dominique. It had been an epic flight out of the castle, eventually the trio managed to steal a few school brooms from the flying cupboard. Nick had also had to use the killing curse on a few Death Eaters who had been very eager to stop them in their tracks. He did not really care about them though, they had gotten all they deserved, it was either them or him. The boy that had came with them was currently looking for a healer but everyone was so busy. The hospital was practically over flowing with student patients, all injured as a result of the war which was still raging up at the castle. Dominique had been extremelly lucky to even get a bed. Had Nick not barged into a random ward and set her down on the first vacant bed he found.
His cut had ceased bleeding now but his once white shirt was covered in dirt, sweat and dried blood, he did not look his best. Nick wondered if Bellatrix and Matt Lestrange had survived his Fiendfyre attack. Surely they were both goners, surely their death's would be attributed to him, that is if anyone found anything left of them. Being wrapped up in his own thoughts he did not see Dominique's dreary eyes open.
