We solemnly swear were up to no good… (Savannah and Daniel)

Daniel was walking along with a first year kid, who seemed to have been crying her eyes out because she was scared when he had found her sneaking around the corridor. He chuckled at the girl and then picked her up from then ground, carrying her like a little baby. "Aw don't cry. Everything going to be alright, i won't give you a detention okay. Just don't go out sneaking like that again. There are Death Eaters around here sneaking sometime and we don't want you to die cause we care for you. Hogwart is not safe anymore" he told her and gave her a hug patting her back gently and then let her down gently then gave her another pat on the back. "Now run along now, back to your dormitories and sleep tight." Daniel smiled at the girl who was hiccuping and giggled, twirling a strand of her blond hair, biting her finger and then left.

He chuckled and watched the girl leave the building back into the Gryffindor Common Room. Daniel turned around walking toward Savannah and stopped dead on his track when he was beside her. "Hello Savvanah" he smiled

Daniel smiled at her and leaned against the window still and nodded. "Yes, of course i am ready. Let get started," he said, with glee as he looked at the corridor checking if there was any student sneaking in the corridor. He just remembered that she just told him how nice it was that he didn't give her a detention. "Yeah. It was nice, and it felt like it was the right thing. I mean come on she is a first year what do you expect." Daniel said without looking back at her, smiling to himself then finally turning back to her. They were just first years, he wanted them to enjoy the school not get annoyed and think Oh this school sucks i can't wait to graduate. He was trying to give the school a good name.

Daniel wrinkled his nose and blinked his eyes, listening to her trailing on and on as they walked toward the couple holding hands and giggling. He knew the Headmaster wouldn't approve of them not telling him who was up there on the night, oh well what could he do Hogwart was a beautiful place and the astronomy tower was a peaceful quiet place almost everyone could feel quite relaxed here. He couldn't blame them. It took his a few second to realized that they had came to a stop. "Oh" he chuckled nervously skidding to a stop.

"God, how can the Headmaster expect us to give them detentions when your at one of the most beautiful places at Hogwarts at night?"Savannahasked in a whisper. If Savannah was them and she was dating she would be up here as well enjoying the view. with a loved one for it was so beautiful and peaceful up here. Savannah wanted to stay up here but she knew she couldn't, she never slacked off on her job as Prefect so why start now? As Savannah realized Daniel laughed nervously she looked at him and laughed softly. "Why are you laughing?"Savannah asked realizing she was laughing as well.

Daniel looked at he lovely couple for a moment then back at her. "I thought, you were going to deal with these two" he whispered in her ears trying not to jerk a thumb at them because he knew that it was rude to point at people, he looked at Savannah for a moment waiting for an answer, his smile was infectious

Savannah sighed. "Fine I will."said Savannah as she marched off towards the couple with a warm smile. As the couple stopped in there tracks she noticed they seemed to be in there fifth year. "Listen, I know this is one of the most beautiful places to be at night, but you can't be out here passed curfew."said Savannah as the loving couple nodded. "Seeing how I'm a nice person, I'm going to let you off with a warning but if I see you two out again I'm afraid I will have to take away points and give you both a detention which isn't what I really want to do, so I suggest maybe you two can go back to ya'll common room."said Savannah with a warm smile as the couple nodded and walked off. "Thankyou and have a nice night."said Savannah as the couple waved bye to her and told her thanks for not giving them a detention or taking away points. "See, nice and easy does the trick!"said Savannah smiling at Daniel.

Daniel raised his eyes at her, watching her carefully just glad that she did not take points of or detention. He held an index finger and dropped his arm slapping himself on the forehead. "I didn't actually mean that," he laughed looking at the couple then smiling back at Savannah again. "Oh well." Daniel laughed again.
