Just Some Practice. o

Mason had been full of surprises all day, from his unexpected punishment to his choice of her as his partner, and now the most surprising of all - his request for her to be his girlfriend. Maddison's mind raced as she tried to process everything that had happened in such a short time.

As she looked up at him, Mason's eyes were fixed on her, full of hope and anticipation. "Will you be my girlfriend?" he asked her, his voice soft but urgent.

For a moment, Maddison was speechless. She felt a mix of emotions - excitement, disbelief, and a hint of nervousness - all swirling inside of her. She knew that this was a big decision, and she didn't want to rush into it.

But as she looked into Mason's eyes, she knew that he was the one she wanted to be with. Slowly, she started nodding her head, her lips curving up into a shy smile. "Yeah," she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. "Yes, I think I will."

As she said the words, a wave of happiness washed over her. She felt like she was on top of the world.

Mason kept looking at Maddie and waiting for her answer. There was hope iand antications in his eyes for sure. Also thee was nervous in side of him. He was so nervous after he had asked the quesition.

Aslo there was worry that Mads could end up saying no to him. Then again the kisses had proved other ways but it was so hard to figure out Maddie for him. Most of the days.

Mason had wanted Maddie to be his for awhile but he had been too stupid to admit it ot even realise it. He had kept denying it for awhile. That other day Alex showed that he cared about Maddie more than just a friend. And also he realised it after talking to his sister.

He smiled when Maddie finally said yes to him. He was happy about it for sure. The girl he loved agreed to be his girlfriend. Finally it had happened. He pecked her lips for a seconds. They didn't need here and now another make out session for sure.

There was enough to gossip now for sure for pepple. Then again Mason for once didn't care about it. He was finally toegther with Maddie. It wasn't anymore just rumor, flying around now. It was actual truth now. If someone asked if he and Mads are togther, he won't deny it anymore. He isn't anymore afraid to admit it. Now he understands why those rumors bugged him so much as deep down he wished it would be true, which it is now.

Maddie's mind had been consumed with thoughts and worries for what seemed like an eternity. But finally, a sense of calm washed over her as she realized that being close to Mason was where she belonged. As the sun began to set, casting a warm glow over the field, Maddie and Mason stood there, intertwined in a moment of pure bliss.

But as the sun sank lower and lower, Maddie knew that it was time to pull away from Mason. She reluctantly let go of his neck, her hand sliding down to rest on his chest. "I think we should start heading back to the castle," she whispered, her breaths coming out in short, shallow puffs. "I wouldn't want you to get into any more trouble."

Mason looked at Maddie and smiled. Finally everything seemed like it belonged together. He was no more worried about things. He wish he could have stayed at this moment longer but yeah curfew was coming near. Even if usually Mason didn't seem to mind it, he knew that Maddie didn't want him to get more detention anymore.

"We should yes," he ended up whispering back to her. Even yeah he didn't want to leave her side today. "Yeah, I probably shouldn't yes," he mumbled there. He knew very well that there was still so many months of detentions him to carry out. "I hope to see you tomorrow, Mads" he said and kissed her cheek this time.

Maddison flashed a playful smile up at the boy as she retrieved her forgotten broom, her hand slipping away from his grip. However, her smile faded as she noticed that he, too, was now caked in mud, which would undoubtedly fuel more gossip among their peers once they returned to the castle.

"We both could use a shower and a change of clothes," Maddison noted, extending her hand towards him as an invitation to accompany her. Without waiting for a response, she turned on her heel and began making her way back to the castle, her pace steady and determined.

Mason smiled and soon enough picked up his own broom too, what he had forgotten too. He was at first confused when Mads said that they should take a shower now and change clothes. This is when he noticed he was now a bit muddy too.

"Oh, yeah we should," he said but before he could even take Maddie's hand the girl ended up walking towards the castle. He just chuckled and followed her right away this time to the castle. He did actually catch up to her easily. He took her hand into hers. He didn't really care if someone saw it ot not.
