Please make Elsie a personal assistant to someone. Oh, either Fred Weasley or Elijah Krum, so she can mess up everything.

In Christy's app she is currently the deputy mistress for Germany and is about to take over as Mistress for Germany.

Jack, Fred would not have a secretary because he is an Unspeakable, and its supposed to be a secret position. The position of secretary to Eli/Robert does still appear to be taken. However, we could make Elsie a secretary, not necessarily assigned to anyone at this point.

Christy, your character's app does not say she is the Deputy Minister. It says she is the Minister for Germany. We currently are not listing, under the British Ministry jobs, any posts held at foreign ministries because that's not a post that is listed as being one that PA offers. It's fine that she has it, but its not one that we offer in our job listings.

Khaat, I was hoping to put her as Personal Assistant, not as a secretary, just so she could be a little more personally involved with whoever she is assistant too. Perhaps I can send a PM around to some of the higher ups, see if any characters might want one. And the only reason I suggested Fred is because he's the Head Unspeakable, and I figured he might want someone to control any appointments he might have.

EDIT : Also, I beleive both Kiera and myself have mentioned in our posts as Unspeakables that there was a department secretary.

@Jackles: If you're dead set on Elsie as a personal assistant in the Unspeakable Department, I totally understand. However, Marie could do with a PA, and there's plenty that could get messed up there...

It really does not make any sense, ic, for there to be a secretary for the Unspeakables, not in how Rowlings seems to intend their design to be in canon. It is, basically, an undercover department. No one in the Ministry aside from the Minister is supposed to know who is an Unspeakable and who isn't. We've allowed Fred to be the head of the Unspeakables, but, presumably that would be more to work with the Unspeakables themselves and supervise their missions/tasks, not to be revealing that to others, if you get what I'm trying to say.

If you really want that for Elsie, then Marie is a much better fit than the Unspeakables.
