What’s Happening?
Since every few months or so a few of our old members get the inspiration to revisit their old stomping grounds we have decided to keep PA open as a place to revisit old threads and start new ones devoid of any serious overarching plot or setting. Take this time to start any of those really weird threads you never got to make with old friends and make them now! Just remember to come say hello in the chatbox below or in the discord. Why they'e be good at it: Mary comes from a line of seers and I a seer herself. After spending practically her whole life working in a prediction cafe in Diagon Alley she has decided a change is in order and the only other thing that she is qualified to do is teach Divinations. Mary is excited to return to Hogwarts and teach and help inspire students to enjoy Divinations.

The job they want: Potions Professor
Why they'd be good at it: Kevin is not exactly talented at Potions, but he's spent his entire life nearly obsessed with it. He's determined in crafting potions correctly, and has experience teaching kids when he had his own store in a sea-side wizarding town.

When looking for a change of scenery he moved to London to be closer to the action of wizarding society, and that's where he would have heard about the opening at Hogwarts for a potions professor position. As that's just about as close as you can get to knowing what's going on in the wizarding world, he eagerly applied as soon as he heard about it.
